Is it possible that the, "christians by all appearances" are actually saved for a time; but God knew they would fall away by committing the unforgiveable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit? In other words, they have it, but blaspheme and disrespect it by continued purposeful sin and God gives them over to a reprobate mind because through their rebellion they forfeit their inheritance in the faith. This seems to be possible when you look at Hebrews 10:29 where it says "they outraged, or insulted, or did despite to, or disdained the Spirit of Grace, or The Holy Spirit." (How, exactly, it's worded depends on the translation.) I have listened to your argument and Arminian arguments, as well. I think one thing we can all agree on is that if you are not walking in holiness then you're in trouble; because, either you aren't truly saved, or you are saved; but in danger of losing it. Either way, it would seem, that holiness is the telltale sign of a believer who will inherit final salvation at the Resurrection when Jesus returns. I say this because Holiness is the fruit of Faith. Faith that stays produces Holiness that stays.

I’m very impressed with this video! Excellent points! Could it be said that you’re setting up better/safer expectations and parameters of mysticism? I don’t think it’s gonna go away or leave it’s being a fact of faith. Again, my ignorant opinion: aren’t you mostly denouncing the extra-mystical and shaving off these falsehoods of universal/hindu mysticism to illuminate what is true Christian mysticism? Think of Paul being *mystically* (spiritually, mentally and on the gross level) apprehended by Christ, or how mysticism plays a role in Revelations, understanding Christ as Truth instead of intuition or how we are to discern the law being written on our hearts, or the reality of our prayers in secret to the Father and so on. Wouldn’t you agree that scholarly faith isn’t the only realm of truth but also the authentic ‘mystical’ Christian reality. Perhaps new words would be necessary, or further distinctions between an authentic Christian mysticism and mystical ‘self-abuse’ or ‘foolishness’ if you will. The whole craedobaptism argument is merely an argument from silence. There is nothing in the New Testament forbidding infant baptism. That's what you would need to find to say infant baptism is actually incorrect. The argument for paedobaptism doesnt solely hinge on the sign of the old covenant continuing in the new covenant as baptism isn’t merely a sign of the new covenant. That's only part of it.

Just a reminder: We must read "unworthy manner" in the context of 1 Corinthians 11 in order to apply it rightly.

As far as immersion, if you read early practices of the Church, they did not make a huge deal out of immersion. One quote talks about how they would look for a running body of water, if they couldn’t find one they would look for a standing body. If they couldn’t find one, they would then look for someone who had a water vessel like a tub in their home. If they couldn’t find that, they would sprinkle them with water. So as far as that, they didn’t make a huge deal out of it. Because baptism is not what saves you in the first place.

Infant Baptism WAS ALWAYS practiced by Orthodox Christians. These are the Christians that wrote and preserved Holy Scriptures. These are the Christians that gave us The Nicean Creed.

Baptism is necessary for salvation for all men, including infants, for Jesus Christ has said, "Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God" [John 3:5].
