I saw a piece of sandstorm vs saphir, first game saphir just outplayed him pretty well, second game sandy went up two stocks with crazy gimps and a 0-death hit couldn’t lock in and got reversed 3 stocked barely losing. I didn’t see the last game but it’s super unfortunate how sandstorm went our

It also applies to all the other videos, they are never in 60 fps. This one is probably 15 fps.

@Randomguy-qj6zz look at old Boomie vs Sandstorm matches. Sandstorm would edge him out because Boomie is always super aggressive and Sandstorm would just be more passive. Now we see guys that are just out passiving Sandstorm. Go try it. Go play some ranked matches and just try to keep stage control with good movement and always be the second to attack for every individual interaction. You'll go up like 50 ELO. I'm a low Diamond btw, for reference. Not bad for a 43 year old dad gamer. 😆

@@povertygarage705 Well I'm an ex top 32 player and am still currently ranked around 2600 elo, I've also been coached by the world champ and have taken games off any player you can name in north America. Here's something I want you to consider, you can be aggressive with movement and you can be passive with attacks. A player can run away whilst spamming unpunishable moves, aka being passive even though he's attacking. Likewise a player can exert so much pressure with just his movement alone that it forces their opponent to attack. It's a matter of opinion, If I force you to make a move and then punish your whiff, who was the passive/aggressive one? You would say the guy whiffing is aggressive because he attacked, I would say the guy who forced the interaction to happen is aggressive.

@Randomguy-qj6zz I can agree with that. I guess what I'm trying to say is that having aggressive movement and luring your opponent to attack, miss, and then punish, is on average the more effective way of establishing the first hit in every interaction, but you can't only do that or your opponent will catch on. You gotta mix it up some, but I still believe that the player that has a higher rate of doing that strategy will have a slight advantage over players of otherwise equal skill. It's just easier to punish a missed attack than to get a clean hit on attacking first when both players have good movement and hitbox command.
