Seaman somewhere in Belgium!
Cheeky bastards! Piss off...
0:42 Outside? U Eng. are a bunch off muppets... Clear penalty becauce of ur baggie shurts ya gits! Scotland is free man... FU ENG!
TEAM - NL - hier ouwe! Oprotten met Eng. Cheeky bastards. Piss off!
This English commentary is so biased. This Scottish commentary on this game was far better and unbiased: ruclips.net/video/3PQ_2ciuG4M/видео.htmlsi=oA4CoqnnQJt5KUg8
All the bombshell free kicks and distance shots by Ronald, and THIS is his most beautiful free kick!!!
What was seaman doing
Ollie Watkins is gonna strike one now, he's gonna strike one, 2-1 England into the Final Euro 2024
Seaman at fault for both goals
I saw the free kick as a kid. Seaman basically gave them a free goal. Worst positioning I've ever seen against probably the best free kick taker at the time.
Justice has been served 😊
It has somewhat. England forgot about the Rijkaard goal not given in the first half of that game in '93. Rijkaard was 2 meters onside, behind 3 defenders (!) when the ball was played and it was somehow disallowed. Selective English memory clearly. Your hatred for Koeman is based on nothing. There were 2 very bad ref decisions, one for each side. Because of all the English nonsense about that game, the final is again grinding justice for England. Will be 60 years and counting of false entitlement and arrogance.
Nonsense. Netherlands should have already been ahead if Rijkaards goal had stood. If anything, justice was served bij Koemen not being sent off. _Ooh my goodness. He wasn’t offside. I must confess. We had the luck of a flag there, that’s for sure. Why can have no complaints there_ - English TV commentary befor amnesia kicked in Thanks for admitting Kane's goal should not have stood though. You're in debt now.
The comment was only a bit of fun. History is what makes international football so much fun. I was obviously happy we were given a penalty - but it was a ridiculous decision and one which sums up VAR.
@@michaelpentti-smith809 Granted. I would have not bothered the other way too.
Who's here after Koeman got WHAT HE DESERVED!!!
So you like winning unfairly typical English. No wonder England don't win holding on for 31 years.
@@andrewg3768 but you do like winning unfairly!!!!!!!!!!!!
@iainsanders8517 no I don't, I'm.one of those rare species that will even make calls against my teams if it's the correct call

@@braller1 Stop yapping buddy jesus you are annoying
Why did Seaman go to get a cup of tea during the free kick?
Isn’t karma beautiful for Koeman (here after the Euro 2024 semi final)
Karma you are having a laugh. England somehow completely forgot about the Rijkaard goal not given in the first half of that game in '93. David Seaman’s fault for both goals. My word
You don't see many free kicks scored like that anymore.Defence is just too good
Do I not like orange
I thought Seaman's positioning for the 2nd goal was at fault aswell, shouldn't he have been on his six yard line maybe?
this is a terrible video because you have missed out the most important part where Ronald Koeman committed a professional foul on David Platt moments before this free kick & he should of NOT been on the pitch to take it 😡 he even admitted that he should of got a red card. disgraceful
Oh Tha LoLz! KOEMAN !!! He shoulda been off ya know? Do I not like that. Turnip Head. They're going home! They're going home! Oh tha LoLz!! 🤣
This Gothenburg team was quality and United did well to beat them. Thomas Ravelli was always a superb goalkeeper and they had several other really good players. Didn't they actually top this group above Barcelona, got a win and a draw against them? Speaks for itself really...
The difference in today's game to then. How we used to stand off players .
Brian Moore was the best commentator. I loved European football so much on ITV as a kid. I'll never forget this game in particular. One of my favourite memories. I've been to so many night games at home and always disappointed to have not seen this one.
That ball was caressed into the net. Superb touch from the master.
David Seaman absolute shite
Champions league felt different then. Felt like a fancy League Cup. Not even lying. These days it is the holy grail.
The fan with the red card lol

i think seaman as goalkeeper has position issue. Still remember how funny when ronaldinho scored at WC 2002
Вот это была битва
Ufff amazing
Man Utd have a mediocre European pedigree.
Look up what medicore means. They're literally in top 1% and have the longest unbeaten streak in cl history.
This was a fabulous game of football. I was only 11 at the time, but this season with United in Europe still lives in the memory. I remember it mainly due to the revenge exacted on Galatasaray after the previous season and the behaviour of the Turkish police, but also the emergence of Jesper Blomqvist at Gothenburg, who then became part of the United treble winning side of '99. Ferguson spotted him in the two games in 94, and had his eye on the lad. I also remember well the emergence of a certain young Mr David Beckham in the Galatasaray game at OT, in which he scored. Great stuff. Great memories, even if it was a failure in Europe that year.
I was the same age and feel the same about this campaign. I had the Man United on Video series at the time, so I watched the highlights of this season over and over. Loved it. Shame about how the season finished though. And a shame United must have to be classed as Europe's biggest underachievers. We should have won about 5 Champions Leagues with Sir Alex.
Brian Moore had a fantastic voice for commentary, fond memories listening to him and watching the Champions League on ITV.
Keegans swashbuckling style was great to watch for neutrals. It bore some resemblance to klopp at liverpool.
1-0 Ronald Koeman (62 min) 2-0 Dennis Bergkamp (68 min)
England couldnt produce a quality manager to win anything to save their life lol
That Dutch team far superior to that bang average England team!
England were shit
Watching WC 2022. Maybe forgive the first but Korman saw the gap, second was bad goalkeeping!
The greatest match in football history.
As a Newcastle fan I, and all our fans absolutely love Bilbao. Similarities in the people.
1st strike was a quality strike from Koeman, on paper England looked a good side Platt, Ince, Seaman, Shearer.. youthful Players who came good at the Euros in ‘96👍🏻 Bergcamp effort was shite poor effort to save it from Seaman at the time, maybe lackin' experience at England level but went on to be one of our greatest Keepers so can be forgiven👍🏻 A pretty much young England side that prob. lacked experience with experienced England Players who were probably passed their best, not a great combo.🏴 ⚽️🔥
Champions League on itv good times, Kevin Keegan while manager of top of the table Newcastle on the gantry cant see Pep or Klopp doing that!
England got totally shafted by the officials that game...koeman should not have been on the pitch
Both goals from Seaman was very poor
He shouldn’t have been on the pitch
Story behind the Dortmund flag in the Palace crowd?
WTF was with the keeper being so far right
Although I’m a Newcastle fan living in Manchester this was the 1st game I ever went to! Great memories
