What kind of oil did you replace the gear box with?
Its usually gear oil, in that video, base on the manual i used RENOLIN B150 oil

Tnank you for your good information But i have problem when i close the ejector pp the FWG is fully filled with sea water so it take me a time to drain it
There are many possible causes for that and trouble shooting is needed. Make sure to fully close the sea water inlet valve after the shell is cooled and after closing the ejector pump. If the problem still exist, I believe this valve is faulty and needs atleast lapping/grinding or replacement otherwise youve got other leakage from sea water side but its a the best place to start trouble shooting.. Goodluck..

Your absolutely right. Piston, Screw, and lobe pumps are positive displacement pumps which is used in more viscous fluids like, HFO, D.O and L.O. even in Bilge waters

Sir, Why Chief engr allowed to use this bunker fuel? surely the shore laboratory test was done before using. fuel looks incompatible, unstable blending. That is why sludge is coming
Your right.Laboratory test was done and you'll know the quality of fuel in actual use and I'm also surprised. Its permitted by Chief Engr. since its the only fuel we have onboard so either we use it or we stop. The answer is obvious, we got to sail.

that water was leaking when you checked the valves at the end right?
yes it is mate. it's usually normal since its reconditioned. it can be use still as long as its not excesive leaks. if it was excesive then you might want to reconsider lapping(grinding) again .
