I have a verado 250 and mine has two filters. One high pressure and one water separator. Motor died on me last night. Thought maybe I had bad fuel or water in the system. I emptied the water separator reservoir thinking it might had had water, now my system won’t fill it back up. Not sure how the system runs on this setup.

I have the plugs and I’m still pulling 21 lbs of water pressure.

Does this void the warranty?

ummm no.... remove the old oil filter first and allow it to drain before you add new oil. you just contaminated your new oil

But I am curious why you spec 25W50 instead of what Mercury specs 25W40? All the quicksilver kits, west marine, etc... are putting in 25W40 in their kits.. Is there any reason you spec the 25W50? Thanks.
