Why the Democratic Party’s Failures Have Left America Vulnerable to Trump’s Return
In this video, I dive into the aftermath of the recent U.S. election, exposing how the Democratic Party leadership’s failure to deliver on key issues-like universal healthcare, tuition-free college, and fair taxation-has left Americans feeling betrayed and vulnerable. We’re witnessing the consequences as far-right figures like Donald Trump gain traction, threatening our democracy and the rights of the most vulnerable.
I discuss the importance of specific policies over empty promises, and how progressive ideas can create real change when we stand up for them. If Trump returns to power, the risks to our freedoms, civil rights, and democracy only deepen. This realization has inspired me to ge...

Wow so cool I’m almost two weeks and can’t believe how weird I was my mind was so off I’m still not back to normal idk what that is because I smoked for so long but man good work buddy paving the way 👌🙏
We are created in the image of God. But we definitely are not God.
Disagree on all points! The left is FAR too left. We are on the way to communism in this country, and the majority of people have woken up. We cannot afford to live like this anymore. Paycheck to paycheck. Taking care of other countries more than our Americans here at home. We don’t want men in our daughters sports. We don’t care how you live your life…just don’t force it on us. We are not brainwashed by the media/far left who owns 80% of all big media corporations. You don’t think you’re being fed a narrative? I used to hate Trump too until I started doing my own research. Most everything they tell you about him is untrue. I would highly suggest you educate yourself on the other side. There’s a reason he won the popular vote. The people have spoken.
Couldn’t disagree more with everything you just said. All of the media companies are owned by right wing billionaires 😂 you think they’re on your side? And everything I hate about Donald Trump is based on things he did. Not what I’m being “fed” 😂 also Biden is a moderate republican by political standards so I think your scale is all out of wack.
@@kdtv94apparently most of America disagrees with you! Have you read the room lately? Can’t even hide your bias towards your party. You should watch Amir Odom’s video titled “why President Trump becoming president changes everything.” If you truly care to hear how the other side feels.
@@kdtv94* Why Trump becoming president changes everything. Maybe if you guys understand you could have a chance to get reelected in 4 years. I fall somewhere in the middle of both parties, and I’m not afraid to put my ego aside to dig in to see what both sides are saying. Hence the reason I even bothered to watch your video.
If you watched my video you would see that I don’t like Democratic Party either and I disagree with how they have been running things for a long time. I understand why people like Trump even if I personally hate the guy. People who support Trump are just gullible. The dude lies constantly about everything. He’s not a serious person to be trusted with anything let alone running the country. I’m not a party loyalist at all. Like I said in the video I’m a Bernie guy.
Smoked near everyday for 20 years. Currently been off it from Thursday, and haven’t been getting to sleep to about 4am, waking up with cold sweats and I’m also moody but I know this is normal and will hopefully only last for another week or so . Dreams have been weird as shit though 😂
Yeah that’s all super temporary and will get better.
I’m on day 8 no weed , day 5-6 I believe no nicotine. I just feel nothing sometimes lol. Like I feel numb and sometimes it’s hard to leave the house 😭 how long if you had numbness did it take to feel normal again ?
Part of that might be the nicotine too. You’ll feel pretty normal by 3 months I would say or at least for me that’s how it was. After a while it just becomes normal to be sober most of the time.
@ I’m feeling 10x better today, just random anxiety attacks they don’t last long tho. Day 13 is wayyyy better than day 8 for sure!! Appreciate it
@@amarihudson5935 I had those too. They do go away. If you have health insurance I highly recommend therapy as well. Been immensely helpful for me
Man this video really helped me out. I finally got to the point where I am committed to quit after smoking pretty much 24/7. A similar thing started happening to me where I would get super paranoid and It just wasn't doing the things it used to. I sold my bong, rig, pipe and all my pen's but I needed some kind of guide like you did for me. I really appreciate it ❤
Hell yeah! That’s awesome! I’m glad this video was helpful. I’m over 2 years now since making it and it really does get easier. You got this!
Day 15 of quitting. After 30 years of smoking every all day. Feel good but I’ve been having a lot of nasty nightmares since day 3. Did you have nightmares? Will they ever stop? Thanks 🙏🏼
Yeah I had rough dreams for a bit but my sleep completely normalized by 6 months and was pretty normal for the most part after 3 months.
@@kdtv94 thanks for your reply. 😅 so I still have some weeks ahead of having a hard time while I sleep. I really hope they stop soon. I mean they are really intense 🤷🏻♂️😅🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thanks for sharing your experience. 🙌🏼 all the best in your future 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Been smoking from i was 14 and in now 35, I’ve been really wanting to quit lately and now this video pops up, I’m taking it as a sign let’s do this shit 💪
Todays day 1 brotha can’t wait to feel like me again 🎉❤
as someone who has a very addictive personality, when i was smoking weed i did it 24/7. i couldn’t ever comprehend what it would be like to not use it, and my parents hated seeing me slowly become almost braindead. i was slurring my words and i wasn’t eating at all. i’m now 3 months off of it and i know ill never go back. they say weed isn’t addictive, but for the wrong person, quitting seems impossible.
Agreed. I have the tendency to overdo it and that’s why I had to quit forever. I’m over 2 years clean from it now and I can confidently say that it’s so out of my life that there’s zero temptation left for me. My life is way better now so why would I change that?
Weed made me forget who I really was. Now I'm getting my life back together, one month sober. Don't give up guys, it gets easier every day, stay strong!
Congrats!
Even if you think it's not bad - you could be like me and get CHS, and have marijuana literally cripple you.
Currently trying to moderate, only on a weekend after 6pm.. 2 weeks in and I'm not sure if this is worth it, I feel like weed is an all or nothing thing.. atleast for me
That’s why I had to quit altogether. I couldn’t moderate. It always became habitual. 2 years+ now from it and I’m better off without it.
6 days since I last smoked. Been really struggling with everything feeling boring. I’ve loved video games since I can remember and now im on the verge of selling all my video game related things. I know it just takes time but it’s definitely a big struggle
Its hard the symptômes when quitting…😢😢
❤John 3,16 ❤
I have been smoking weed for 52 years. My journey to stop started this year and it’s been very rewarding.. the self growth has been enormous and his Kamala Harris says I’m not going back
Right on 👍
Nothing regarding sex drive/morning wood?
The first month is bad. It gets easier and easier. You still get the urges here and there. But you put them in the back of your mind and remember how much better life is without it and then you go on about your day. Weed is a horrible drug. It stinks too. It makes people look stupid and gives them sort of a double personality. I've seen it. Lived it. Done with it. Ban the garbage
I quitted smoking pot yesterday afternoon was my last joint where im sheltered at we just officially made it a 0 tolerance rule of pot use on and even off property so until i get a new place of my own i cant smoke pot here till i move out and move into a apartment not sure how long ill have to keep waiting for a place but till then i cant smoke pot and i guess staff here at the shelter will start uas now testing for THC so acorse i rather be here having a roof over my head instead of being homeless on the streets yet snoke all the pot i want . But im glad this happened because if we did smoke pot it had to be off property but someone here violated that rule so now no pot even off property now. I have no choice but to quit pot at least till i find my own place to live but ive been here over 2 months now and i could be here awhile longer maybe by then ill have no desire to light back up im doing ok so far its been close to a day and a half since my last pot use was already weaning down bout a week now so the withdrawals arent that bad so far but a few days ago i was getting to the point where i was starting to get tired of having to go outside to smoke pot 😮 the timimg was perfect actually 😊
Hi there still off cannibas been over 3 days now AND CONTINUING 😊
Thank you for your honesty. I'm 7 days sober
Smoked every day for 13 years straight. Time to stop. Im so angry at myself and i would be farther ahead in life if i wasn't high every time i come home. Its hard to quit when my bf drinks and smokes though. He doesnt want to quit like i do and hes more like "yeah sure... guess we can stop..." and its just not the attitude thats gonna help me right now. Gonna be hard but its not his job to make me quit. Im making excuses and the only one making me smoke is me. Im done.
Waiting for the ADHD vid quit smoking weed for a week trying to keep it gone for good thanks!
fucking kids, man... concerts are made for acid
life is a Journey ...............get to know Jesus and be really amazed..............thank You for sharing.......................yes....
Thanks for sharing your new journey, It helps me a lot.
Was able to stop smoking for a few days with the help of zyn pouches. Too bad I didnt stick to it and gave in
Im gonna lock in fr on my sobriety journey, lord please help me along the way
7 months for me now
day 23 just motivated to keep goin
Very inspiring video! I didn’t imbibe yesterday and I feel good. I don’t know if I resist it today though. It’s very difficult because it’s insidious. I’m going to try not to have any for another day ♥️.
I was a heavy daily user for 20 years. I quited 3 weeks ago. Withdrawal symptoms lasted for about a week to ten days. Now I feel perfect and the only problem is that I smoke more tobacco than I used to. For me this is a proof that weed as scientifical research claims is one of the less toxic, harmful and addictive substances available. If during these 20 years I was using cocaine or alcohol I would need psychiatric support to withdraw and even if I was successful I would not avoid the permanent and irreversable brain damage these substances cause. Now I want to give up smoking and I know that this would be a thousand times more difficult compared to giving up weed. But I will never give up coffee and I won't say no to weed consumption in an edible form from time to time. Although I like it, I don't want my life to be dependent on a grass anymore. What defines medicine from poison is quantity. It took me 20 years to realise this. As for the money loving and career seeking workaholics who say that weed makes you lazy, irresponsible etc. they can drown themselves. The world would be much better without them.
Quit smoking weed ?????????? Said no one with a brain ever 😆😆
Real original kid
Only losers stop smoking.
So.. im thinking about doing a video about this myself.. i dont have a channel yet but been thinking about it all the time. But thats not the point. The point is im on the same journey myself right now. I've been smoking weed for over 12 years daily. God damn that sounds so crazy. But its true. And not just at night but like all day every day. It is day 8 today. 8 Days without and i'm trying to document the hole journey. I know im in the pink bubble (as you call it) but the first thing i noticed was that things that satisfied me, just dont do it anymore. Playing video games , doing nothing and watching mindless youtube videos, not going outside at all unless i have to buy some.... like it was bad. It just doesnt interest me as much as it did before. I still game a little here and there but never more than like 2-3 hours. ( well at least in those 8 days and i have to say i dont have a ''new'' game either so i know all those stories already) When i was smoking I could not responsibly use it. It would take over immediately and everything I did hat to be build around the fact that I need to smoke. Like you are going out with your family ''oh i gotta roll at least two before hand and bring them with me so I can get through the day''. If I traveled somewhere I had to inform myself where i could get some. Legal or not. And it would hinder me from enjoying my life unless i have it with me. So i decided to stop because it litteraly controlled my complete life. So yeah today is day 8 and it has not been easy. Everything you are saying is true. There is a phisical reaction, whoever says thats a lie did just not smoke enough. Im serious. The sweating is real! Also I feel like all these thoughts of me second guessing myself or others are just gone. Like when I say something im not contemplating if I said it right , did he/she interpret it the right way or anything like that its just out there and it can be withouth having to check it again and again. I also dont feel watched anymore. I would discribe it as more confident, more sure about myself. I cant wait to get through my Phase 1 of 30 days. And i also can't wait to dream again ( that is still in the fog as off today) but imma stick with it and ill also make a video about it in the future. But i wanna say thank you for sharing your journey means a lot to me. And i hope you are still doing great. Best wishes for your channel and everything else you are persuing. :))
You got this! Thank you for watching and this thoughtful comment.
This is day 20 :) and a loot more has changed! Slowly but surely getting there.
Im scared of the night sweats, dreams and how high my anxiety is if i dont smoke. I want to quit slowly but as a heavy weed smoker i feel like i need to find a hobby and workout alot to keep my mind from not going crazy
Yeah you can’t just leave a void. Definitely replace it with something healthier or even just neutral like a hobby or something. It helps a lot.
Saw this video and came here to say my "hack" was discovering dmt and using low doses. May not work for everyone but it easily changed my perception way more than I ever tried to do by myself when quitting (and ultimately returning to weed again)...the best part is that like other psychs it's not addictive at all and feels more like a tool. If you so choose it can be a one and done sort of deal. It has been 2-3 months now and I have not thought about going back to weed and if the thought enters my mind it is easily dismissable.
Haha idk if I can recommend dmt as a hack. I’ve only done it a few times as access to it always seems pretty difficult and it was more of a mind blowing experience than something I would do in small doses haha. I prefer the blast off experience and then not do it for a long time.
It became like alcohol when it went legal 55 dollar 8ths
Like any substance that induces pleasure, you have e to use it in moderation! Like alcohol, if you overdo it, you'll pay the price. As for hard drugs, just don't freakin use them!
I think the point of this video is that some people cannot moderate. Which is why abstaining is the right thing to do. Not that everyone is like that. I’m just saying my pov and what I learned is that I cannot stay in moderation. It never lasts for me so I had to quit. 2 years later and I have no regrets and I don’t miss it.
That shits bad for you
6:26 me bruhhh. im happy when i smoke weed. but when im sober i just feel constantly stressed, empty, and sometimes sad.
Weed shows you who you are❕
Huh?
Honestly, to those who try to quit weed, like me, and couldnt due the lack of motivation or help... try on Steroids, go to the doctor, get ure check up blood test etc... if youre testosterone is under 500, most of us are under it since weed lower ure testosterone on the daily use, if it is under 500, raise it to at least 500+. thank me later.
i've just quitted, 3 months, and I can't see any change whatsoever honestly, I can work in my things and do my job just as good with o without weed, I literally, see no change, the only problem it's the money, but it got a new part time job so it wont be that much really. I'm ready to go back to smoking, because for me, it makes no change, I guess I just become more anxious when not smoking, even it is for a long time, 3 months sober, and see absolutely no difference. I don´t drink alcohol, nor nicotine, not even coffe or tea, or sugar, so... yeah.
Did you do any thing different other than quitting weed? Because quitting alone will not magically change your life.
@@kdtv94 Not really, I always workout, do my job, study a lot, with or without weed. I do the same things I do while high honestly, workout, write songs, read a shit ton of books, learn new recipes for cooking, get very high grades at college, with or without weed, I go out all the time too, I don't even take the bus, always walk from my house, to college and everywrhere, work 2 part time jobs, plus college and I sell cinnamon rolls in college too
dude im two weeks sober now. and can 100% relate. Pre Covid I was super disciplined, present guy occasionally used weed and Covid drove me deep down the hole of addiciton.
It’s so refreshing to see others on their sobriety journey. I’m 5 days in after 25 years of using MJ. I love that you started now while you’re still young. I just turned 40. And I’m over it! Thank you so much for sharing with us ❤
Good luck on your journey! I hit 2 years last Sunday so take this as your sign that it’s definitely possible to have long term success in quitting even from a former stoner like myself
for smokers of years . Its he ritural that was the thing for me .
I love weed. But when I'm smoking it, my life sort of falls apart. I have no discipline while stoned. And I always get my life back on track when I quit. But once I've quit, I always get the urge to go back to it. So much unnecessary paranoia and reliance on it to cure my anxiety.
As was the cycle for me. That’s why I had to quit for good. My anxiety has gotten a lot better now but it did get temporarily worse when I first quit.
Thank you. I am in the process of quitting (again) and find these videos to be so helpful in the hope long term.
I’m glad they could help! I just hit 2 years on Sunday. It’s possible to make it long term. It really does get easier over time.
