✨BTS‘ Jimin revealed the full track list for his upcoming second solo album, MUSE. Jimin’s quite successful first album FACE, still charting worldwide! The seven-song LP due out on July 19 KST (July 18 in other time zones), according to a billboard article, will feature the intro song “Rebirth,” as well as “Interlude : Showtime,” the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” (featuring Loco), “Slow Dance” (featuring Sofia Carson), as well as “Be Mine,” “Who”, (single can now be purchased as presale aside from 2 versions MUSE album), and “Closer Than This” (which dropped in December. Jimin even mentioned that after finishing his first album FACE which mainly was about what he went through, his thoughts, inner feelings, frustration, even depression during the pandemic, he wanted his MUSE album to be brighter,, which is why he chose “SGMB” as the pre release, a way more uplifting, cheerful, happy song. Following his first solo album, "FACE," where he sought to explore his true identity, "MUSE" documents his journey in search of the source of his inspiration. Showcasing Jimin's expanded musical spectrum, "MUSE" includes seven tracks, including the fan song "Closer Than This," released in December 2023. Jimin, 28, wrote lyrics for six of the songs, according to a release, composed, also finally listed as one of the producers for most of his songs, (though shown in Jimin’s documentary his involvement in producing all his songs), which also noted that the announcement from BIGHIT Music featured a vintage feel via images of old-school cassette tapes representing each song, with an overarching theme of “love” connecting all the tracks. The hip-hop/R&B-leaning focus song, “Who,” was produced by Grammy-nominated singer/producer Jon Bellion, along with Pete Nappi, Tenroc, Pdgogg and GHSTLOOP, with a vibe described as “intense bounce and guitar sound.” In addition, the pre-release song “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” draws inspiration from marching bands, “blending hip-hop elements with the big band sound characterized by a large-scale orchestra, creating an upbeat, lively rhythm and dynamic atmosphere thanks to an assist from South Korean rapper Loco.” Other contributors to the album include Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber), as well as producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP and EVAN, who also worked on Jimin’s first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Jimin’s official solo debut came with the 2018 single “Promise.” Five years later, he became the first South Korean soloist to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Like Crazy,” followed by FACE‘s “Set Me Free, Pt. 2” reaching No. 30 on the chart. Jimin is still in the midst of his 18-month mandatory South Korean military service, which he began in December; bandmate Jin recently became the first member of BTS to finish his military service.🙏👍❤‍🔥🔥🐥😍💥🌟💫✨

Also Jimin & Loco sing live, aside from using mics, even wearing ear-ins. ️The “backup band” consists of legendary, genius producer Pdogg, who worked with BTS since beginning as producer & songwriter, also producers GHSTLOOP and EVAN, all 3 also worked alongside with Jimin, who also wrote the lyrics, composed, & helped produce his first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as for MUSE his 2nd album that will be released July 19 KST, July 18 in other time zones. During the documentary for FACE, there was even a fun quiz segment where all 4 named themselves Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, which at the time, no one had any idea other then it was just for fun! 🙏😅🤣😍

❣️Jimin’s “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band”, is basically an ever so uplifting, filled with joy & happiness, love song, mainly for army who he references numerous times, like when mentioning “it started on June 12”, which was the actual debut of BTS where they met army for first time during a performance showcase. BTS official debut performance was next day on June 13. Also in the dance, the choreography, including the one for the dance challenge on tiktok, Jimin is even doing in sign language, the hand signs, for LOVE, while dancing, ❤️ 👍🙏🥰☺️

🌟I find it absolutely mind boggling amazing all the thought process, effort, work, Jimin put in, since it seems immediately after “chapter 2” began. Every moment, whatever time he had, Jimin was continually composing all the melodies, writing all the lyrics, coming up with so many ideas & concepts and even the producing aspect of each song for not just FACE, but also MUSE, already way back then! It also explains all those photos & posted comments from all the well known, famous producers, mentioning working alongside Jimin, praising him, as well as excited about projects they were apparently working on way back when Jimin was in LA almost 2 yrs ago. It seems that Jimin was working non stop til late nite even filming content still, right before he made that farewell vlog for us the night before entering the military. Which also explains why he kept his long blonde hair til after filming. Also to show us his shaved head that he could finally have done. Just amazing how he worked non stop (which is also why we didn’t see nor hear from him often) throughout all that time. I wouldn’t even be surprised if any chance he gets, during any alone time, even in the military, he might be working on, thinking about, new content, aside from all he’s doing in the military. His assignments there are also so amazing and mind boggling as well! 👍🙏❤️‍🔥🔥🐥😍🥳🫡💫✨

✨This is one of the most enjoyable but yet also so informative behind the scenes I’ve seen, where you get a glimpse of Jimin’s ever so creativeness, also his ever so charming, alluring, precious character & personality as well! It shows once again, just like with everything else Jimin does, including his other MV’s just how hands on, just how much involved Jimin was! Including the concept, imagery, vision, the look he had for the MV! Plus all the ideas he had that he put into play! All the while keeping everything as lighthearted, fun & enjoyable! Jimin even oversaw the filming to make sure the final shoot would meet with his approval! Jimin keeps amazing me more & more, though I shouldn’t be surprised anymore! I mean Jimin writes the lyrics composes melody, involved with producing, then is even hands on, on every level during filming! 👍❤‍🔥🙏🥰🤩🌟💫✨

Actually one thing why they always have good outfits because the company handles them was originally a clothing and fashion company.
