After watching the England game against Argentina last night, the one thing that was missing was the flair that Phil and a lot of the Welsh had back in the 70’s

Cambridge education and his life wasn't just about rugby. Rather an intellectual chappie and a thoroughly 👏 good 👍 egg! God rest his kind soul.

Here we go again, honestly I watch this a couple of times every week. Probably my favourite video on RUclips. Phil Bennett was amazing, and I am a paddy. What a guy, Welsh rugby was the best when I was growing up in the 70s, I wanted nothing more than my beloved ireland to be like them. Phil, you are the salt of the earth, I hope you are playing rugby in heaven.

This is crazy, I am watching this for about the tenth time I just love it that much, and I am a flipping paddy! So much I just love about it. The humility of the players is striking me this time, Phil and Gareth, 2 legends, both kept it quiet about retiring because they did not want the day to be about them. The modern player could not do this and that is a shame. Love Phil, love this era of Welsh rugby, even though my poor Irish lads took more than a few thrashing from this lot! Sport is about winning and losing, and sometimes you just have to step back and say that the victor was just simply better than you.

They are always nice to hear, but these guys must have got so so sick of trotting out the same old stories for the past 40+ years, but they always do so with good humour. Not sure I could have done that.

As a South African and having watched Phil Bennett tear us apart in 1974 during the Lions tour, we have always had massive respect for him. However I was never quite aware of the legacy he has left as Phil Bennett the man, for being so humble and down to earth and putting so much back into rugby and his community. He will be missed. RIP.

Homo Sapiens...so predictable..absolutely no regard for the stress this would cause a creature. We are such fools but also so cruel. We should feel shame, especially they who make fun of a creature's total lack of any power of choice. Shame on anyone involved.

Thoroughly entertaining. Was never a fan of his during his playing days, him being a Taff and all that. But he's off field he's a great bloke and has done a masterful job replacing Bill McLaren as the voice of Rugby. Good to see the banter and humour. Shame it was so short, could have watched more of this.
