I loved this place of the requirement room, sometimes I just stay there observing my creature in this beautiful landscape. It's also make me think of this last scene in Narnia in the last movie where Caspian, Lucy, Edmund, Eugene and the mouse are in front of Aslan and his country, even if it was the end of a journey at this time, there is this warm and calm feeling. I don't know it brings back memories.

My initial playthrough was in my house (Ravenclaw) and I'm on my second playthrough and chose to do Slytherin. I really wanted to see the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff common rooms so I started a Gryffindor playthrough last weekend and will probably do it again for Hufflepuff. I don't know if I'll play the whole game 4 times at this point but I do know some of the quests are a little different if you're in a different house. Of the 3 I've seen, Ravenclaw's common room is still my favorite with Slytherin being second and Gryffindor 3rd. I love this music though--very relaxing and calming.

Finally. Some good music to keep me company while I customize my BG3 character for the next hour 😌

Honestly, the main reason Sebastian's storyline was my favorite was just because of the emotions of all the characters involved, my heart just aches for Sebastian, Anne, and especially Ominus. I do feel my characters got the closest with Ominus and Sebastian, and by the end definitely felt like I was truly close friends with both of them, trying to help Ominus keep his friendship with Sebastian intact, while trying to help Sebastian restore the most important person in the world to him. My first character was a female Hufflepuff, and my second was a male Ravenclaw. For some reason, I feel like they both work perfectly in different ways. As the Hufflepuff, she was eager to help Sebastian, on his side that there must be a hope to save his sister, with an implied attraction growing between the two just based on how the dialog reads depending on the gender of the player character. After the foght with Solomon, she learned an important lesson. She would never have turned him over to the ministry because, well, loyalty. With my Ravenclaw, he is mostly on Ominus' side, just trying to look out for Sebastian in the hopes of helping his sister without doing anything too crazy. Of course, in the end, his intellect prevents him from seeing just how far Sebastian will go. He see's that Solomon's death was an accident in self-defense of himself, and of Anne's wellbeing since Solomon was clearly off his meds, and honestly, he wouldn't turn him in because he feels guilty for not stopping Sebastian earlier. In both playthroughs, my characters are orphans. The Hufflepuff was muggleborn, the Ravenclaw Wizard born who was gaslighted his entire life into thinking he was a squib. Both of them value their relationships at school so deeply, and its because of that that Sebastian and Ominus' questline cuts so deep. This music perfectly encapsulates all of that better than words ever could.

So relaxing as well as having a magical feel to it. The atmosphere only makes it so much better

I was absolutely blown away when I first saw this.

As you start to consider the character you want to bring to life, your mind conjures up an image of a heroic figure destined to rescue all of existence from the malevolent forces that threaten the very fabric of the realms.

One thing I will give credit for Sebastian quest is the choices we make do have impact on not only our friend Sebastian but on our mc too. every choice and action has a reaction or repercussions for our choices. The saddest thing about all of this is Sebastian is still young. Not a child but still easily led to where he did. He made his choice out of good intentions but that's all it was, he lost sight of what he was aiming for and didn't see the whole picture, leading us in that position of turning him in or not. To me, and not everyone agrees which is fine, the main reason I didn't turn him in wasn't because of the spells he can teach us but rather because at the end of the day, Sebastian was young. He didn't know any better. If he had guidance, things would've been different. Yes, we tried to help him but by the time he's a fifth year, it's too late because he's already made up his mind.
