Hi Jared. The first time I heard this tune was on a video (see underneath) played by a (very young /1982) Martin Hayes, his Dad, Eamonn Cotter with Geraldine Cotter accompanying on piano; the name of the tune there being 'The Shores of Lough Graney'. The lake is about ten miles north of Feakle. ruclips.net/video/XdT6o34efqM/видео.html I have recently come across the tune again (Shores of Lough Graney) played last January by Fergal Scahill and a very talented bunch of young musicians in Madden's pub, Belfast. ruclips.net/video/Wzq_XbN0Yc4/видео.html Hope this helps. Enjoy your playing very much.

Hi Maia, thanks so much! I'll definitely do some videos like that, but it might be a while - I'm in the middle of building a house, so free time has been a bit scarce! In the meantime, I know Kevin Burke has done great technique videos on RUclips, so definitely check those out!

Hi Matt, thanks so much for the kind words, and I'm glad you've enjoyed my music! I'm not able to post on here very often right now (I'm in the middle of building a house), but I hope to correct that before too long.
