Little late I guess. From the look and sound of it, your accelerated quite hard on the pull away and likely had a bit of slip on your rear end as it broke traction. Cruisers like this tend to have alot of torque and can wheelspin easily. Few moments later, can see you reach for your front brake; grabbing that too hard is why your front end slides and jerks suddenly to the right. Likely locked the wheel and lose grip. Can happen even to those of us who've been riding years. Just one of those 'ah fuck' moments. Glad you came out of it relatively unscathed. Hopefully the damage to the bike was only superficial

No, just because you ask for a supervisor does not mean you get one. If you want to talk to a supervisor, you can call the department and request that officers supervisor to call you. A traffic citation is just that, there’s no emission to guilt that’s why there’s a court date. You can plead your case in front of a judge. The officer stopped you, advised why he stopped you, issued citations and explained them to you. The stop is over, no need to request a supervisor. Everyone watches too many of these videos and gets the wrong information.

There's a saying in law enforcement- what your system tells you is what you believe, regardless of anything someone shows you. If the system tells you it's REVOKED, that means that by every legal definition it is revoked. This is what the court is for - you go to court, you show them that you were in the right, and it gets thrown out. You don't argue with the cop on the street about whether it's revoked or new or not. Reason being is every call is tracked - if you DONT issue the ticket for that, it gets reported to state police and the whole department gets audited for why they're not issuing tickets for MANDATORY tickets. Fight it in court, not on the street - it's safer for everyone involved.

Don't worry, if he keeps this kind of attitude up, he wont be working there for long.
