4/20 Parachute Stoner Dash [STABILIZED]
Link to the original - ruclips.net/video/FKb3qRljGBc/видео.html
I used RUclips's stabilizing feature to steady the video. The movements look unnatural but you could see more clearly now.

Lilies of the Field - Amen
Просмотров 1,3 млн17 лет назад
This is the final scene in the film directed by Ralph Nelson. It's the scene where Homer Smith, played by Sidney Poitier leaves Mother Maria, played by Lilia Skala after building them a chapel. After taking one last look at the chapel he built, Smith, knowing that his work is done, slips into his car and drives quietly off into the night. www.imdb.com/title/tt0057251/
The Elephant Man - Train Station Scene
Просмотров 1,3 млн17 лет назад
The most famous scene from the film. Directed by one of the greatest directors, David Lynch. John Merrick (The Elephant Man) and Dr. Treves are played by two of the greatest actors, John Hurt and Anthony Hopkins.
Amen indeed. What a great song. It sounds familiar like I heard it during my childhood but I'm not sure.
That damned people!
the fact he hid his face to not scare others, and how he dreamed of meeting a blind woman who could not see his deformities speaks volumes on his character. poor man. if only he had a better go at life
I love this song and movie so much! Happy to be able to find it on youtube. Strangely woke up with this song on my lips this morning. Great way to start the day so I went looking for it on youtube.
Amen
Remains my favorite song to listen to and to sing! AMEN! 🫧✌🌎
I consider myself a cinemaphile and am no stranger to Poitier's work. However, this particular film had eluded me for most of my life. I had been scrolling through movies on my streamer and my mother pointed it out with reverence. So we sat, had our lunch and watched to her delight and to mine. It is a must watch for movie aficionados. This particular scene, while seemingly a playful denouement, remains extremely powerful. Especially to those of faith. Thank you, mom, and thank you, Sidney.
one of the most heartbreaking moment on this movie.
U missed ur train ride just to harass somebody are u frl….😒😐
God bless you Anthony Hopkins
La madre, superiora, sabía que se estaba despidiendo.❤❤❤❤
Test the spirits anyone that says jesus the christ has come in the flesh is of God...!!! Amen and amen ...
What a nice bloke
Sidney Poitier was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!😍🥰
8/29/2024 ~ Amen
Great movie need more like this one in our life
My heart still bare a hole ever since I first heard this. God is awesome
I always wondered what this song was as it seems it was the first song I knew to sing as a baby.
I don’t care about a bloke with an elephant’s head. You know what annoys me? When he goes, “I am not an animal.” He is.
I remember the times bait used to be believable lmfao
We all are. Human beings are animals.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
great comedy
It's awful but I don't think people should act surprised a deformed man was bullied and harassed long ago there are many people stalked and bullied and even killed in modern times for less for wearing the wrong colours in the wrong neighborhood of some rival gang for instance.
Great movie and ending!
Sidney Portier great as he was was musically tonedeaf and the composer of the song, Jester Hairston, sang it for the movie while Portier lipsynched.
Thank you. ❤
AMEN🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍
I grew up with this song through my Grandma. My Grandma was the most passionate, faithful, and loving child of God I've ever seen! She'd sing this song when she ended our family prayers. May she rest in God's presence.
The full movie made cry😢😢
Fun fact this video helped police identify a majority of the participants and also led to the expulsion of moron filming it
Proof? Source? This feels like less of a "Fun fact" and more of a hate just to hate type a comment
the only monsters that exist are the ones void of empathy and a conscience...
My favorite movie..I worship with the song on ooccasion especially when I'm down I got my grandkids singing it now!! 😅
this was the last movie I ever watched with my mother before she died so it will always have a special place in my heart she was a WW2 war bride and didn't speak Spanish Dad was from Texas, so I grew up speaking all 3 the movie is so much better if you understand all 3 languages spoken there are so many jokes in each language--kudos to the writer(s)!!!
Kids are too young to understand but the adults should have known better than to ridicule him! Parents need to teach their children compassion in this world!
I saw this wonderful movie as a pre -teen when it first came out in 1963, and I just loved it, as I did all his films ! I'm FINALLY getting a copy of it on DVD - can't WAIT to enjoy this beautiful, gem of a movie again, and again - AMEN ! :) And RIP, Sidney. Gone, but never forgotten, by this old movie fan of yours. :)
I love this movie, always have, always will.❤
That’s Rollys voice singing there 😊
If only John Merrick knew that one day he would be famous worldwide. And a movie would be made about his life. Maybe it would have eased his pain a tiny bit.
As an Arizonan, I find this a fascinating look at what Tucson's east side looked like when it was still a rural area.
I watch this with my dad when it is on tv
❤❤❤❤❤
An ICONIC MOVIE, love it.
This is the last thing I played for my grandfather as he died at home in bed on hospice. It was like his spirit left as Sidney left.
Ayo where would you find a parachute this big
John Hurt ,top man R.I.P
IDK why this is making me smile. 😁
