Nice controller, although I have to disagree with you on one thing, AA batteries (in the long term) are MUCH better than a built in rechargeable batteries like what the PS5 has. An inevitable fact of using rechargeable devices is that eventually they will stop holding a charge like they used to, leaving you with only two options. Either (A) Hope you have the skills and resources to fix the device in question or (B) throw it out entirely and fork up the cash for a new one. At least with Xbox controllers you don't really have to worry abut longevity.

Oh go ahead, hate on it! Great staging, costumes, and good steampunk space ships. The problem was the incredibly bad storyline. They introduced some wonderful characters and then killed them off. We started feeling angry with the writers. We started dreading what would come next. Like you, we've hung in there, watched every episode, getting more and more frustrated and disinterested.

I said 2 out of 10. The light saber fights were the best part. Why were these characters so flat? If you compared the star power of andor and Mando to this show, it's not even close. Taika was more dynamic a character as a robot that only follows programming than anything we saw in this show. Wanted to like it, like the high Republic vibes, but blahh

tapped out on Star Wars after Mando season 2 but the reviews for this series has been entertaining - maybe they intended to make a meme-filled show? 😂

Scream 2 is fantastic. Easily the best sequel, and the opening is amazing. Scream 5 and 6 easily sit at the bottom of my ranking.

Witches have existed in Star Wars since the Ewok movies... Essentially, The planet Dathomir is home to Coverns of Witches, the most famous Sect being the Night Sisters; they wear red robes, and practice a type of Sorcery/Witchcraft which is distinctly different from The Force. ...this was explored in-depth in The Clone Wars series, when George Lucas was still in control. So like the Ewok movies, Witchcraft does indeed exist in the Star Wars Universe. The episode (3) of the Acolyte was a horrible mess of ideas, however; and is infuriating on so many levels... 1. Dathomiri Witches *do not* use the Force, unless they are giving that ability to someone because of a deal with a Sith (Generally the Night Sisters, as they frequently practice Necromancy). 2. Dathomiri Witches were the first to train Rancor (which are originally from Dathomir) as mounts; however, this was from the "Wilds" covern, who do not align with the Night Sisters. 3. Dathomiri Witches sects are all different...but their commonality is their Witchcraft/Sorcery. Some things we've see it do are: Resurrect the dead, materialise energy into matter, prolong life, shape-change/shapeshift, and allow spirits to possess other bodies, and conjure images of future or past events. There's also been shown Witch Alchemy, too, producing salves that can heal, poison, and other such special qualities. But... This episode disregarded all that, in return for some American-political Modern-day ideological BS, that as a non-American Star Wars fan...I couldn't care less about! For all the talk of Freedom and Democracy, it is hysterical just how much America isnt... But I will say its right America basis itself off of Ancient Athens...because just like them, America is also Imperical and takes from everyone else to prop itself up.

All the games looked nice but whether their good like any console that is debatable. I think its a win for Xbox FANS though, but I do not think they'll get but a handful of newbies, mostly because Japanese companies have dominated the markets including the USA for so long, its a lose lose for any new or old competitor. Nintendo or Sony or leave is basically how it is. That said I love Xbox more than Nintendo and equal to Sony I only still own a OG Xbox One as my best console but going to buy a next gen system in a month or so and this showcase made me realize as good as Microsoft is for me and the showcase was its better to stick with the winners, like Sony. Sony could do so much wrong and the Ps6 would sell out everywhere in a minute lol. Again showcases are basically for fans and Nintendo and Sony has the most in the console market, this was icing for Xbox but there is no cake.

Ok. So, the "witches" are an offshoot of a group of female force users from a long, long time ago. They separated over time and became seperate groups slightly different but never changing in their core beliefs and use of the darkside. They don't suffer the consequences of using it the way a Sith does. By the time the Clone Wars were going on there was only one of these groups that anyone was aware of, the Witches of Dathomir. I agree that the chant was stupid, like... really stupid. Just write some chant in a made up language and make it rhyme! Anyway, I like the show and there are many cheesy lines but I don't let them ruin the series for me. I also like the newer creature designs and that Jedi in the first episode with the huge bat ears.

I stopped watching Star Wars when Kylo Ren through a temper tantrum like a toddler.

We are literally expected to root for the satanic cultists who summon these little demons, brainwash them and then they kill their summoners. Jedi are evil for trying to save the children and torbins suicide is even more confusing. God this show is a mess😅

Always strange to spot people that still watch „Star Wars“

I thought the first 2 episodes were ok. A little boring story line and not the best writing but it wasn't terrible. Episode 3 the witches didn't feel how the witches were in the clone wars. They came off as corny, they could have made the writing for the witches so much better. Also I don't think the twins being made by the force adds anything to the plot but instead diminishes how special Anakin was.

personally there is nothing on there that impressed me. Nothing uniqe every game look the same as the next one 😅

I don't get the hate. Maybe it's because I haven't watched it a million times before, but I think this looked great. I hated what they did in Terminator 2, waxy skin and blue tint. This isn't that. I loved this.

Too long. The action was OK, but also too long. The middle action sequence just went on forever. I had a hard time staying engaged as it just went on and on and on and the bad CGI didn't help keep my attention, quite the opposite. Seriously, I think they could have cut 45 minutes to an hour off this movie and it would have been much better. The romantic bit with driver Jack was weird and forced. Overall it was a solid "meh". I give it a 6.5/10. A little above average, but could have been so much better if there was less of it. They could have saved an hour of bad CGI and invested that in some good CGI.

I thought both movies had their own strengths. Fury road for the visceral action and jaw dropping stunts and Furiosa for the characters and world building. I've got to give props for Furiosa's mother and Jack for being badass characters that I didn't expect in the movie.

Amazing game. Anyone claiming it isn't a video game is not being honest. It's a game, and it's by far the best looking game to date. It makes God of War and Horizon FW looks like cartoons. I actually love the combat and the cinematic nature of it. I've spent well over 15 hours in the game just taking my time to go through it, and appreciating all the incredible artwork. Some people say, well, anyone can do this because UE5 engine does it for them. Tell me one single UE5 game out there right now, and there are plenty at this point, that looks this good. There isn't one. I had trouble getting through the first game as well, although I feel like it is a good game. However, I haven't been able to put the second one down. That's the sign of a good game.

Hwre my take i buy and rip it to my jellyfin server. This way i can watch it anywhere... as long as i have a fast connection to the net. Nice thing is jellyfin we trans encode video to what ever i need it in. So my bedroom tv supports 720p it will transcode it as it streams to 720p. Also handy to see if i bought that 4k and save myself the double dip
