Sono Trieste vedere che ci sono i sottotitoli in italiano solo fino al terzo video. Mi sarebbe tanto piaciuto ci fossero anche per questo ed i seguenti perché quest'esperienza pratica della cnv aiuta a capire il lavoro paziente che le nostre società devono ancora fare per costruire un mondo di pace. Complimenti a questa maestra ed alla scuola che ha promosso questo progetto.

Hi Kirsten and thank you for sharing. I came across the video after reading Marshall Rosenberg's book 'Non Violent Communication'. I wanted to ask about your thoughts on whether the approach has to be adapted in any way for older children (15 years+)?

Thank you for doing this and for sharing this, Kirsten! You truly are emotionally mature, courageous, patient, calm and socially responsible to do this. Given the Russian-Ukraine war, this work is all so much more important. Those children will grow up to be able to independently resolve conflicts, be able to negotiate differences and build healthy, responsible and mature relationships because of these kinds of experiences. Well done! These kinds of things should be taught in all schools, globally.

Parece que tudo que eu procuro está aqui nesses filmes... o entendimento ou a busca pelo entendimento dos comportamentos humanos desde a infância... Estou assustada com tamanha inteligência de um determinado aluno exibido no vídeo... Como pode ele avaliar tão sistematicamente as ações, os fatos e os sentimentos relacionados no ato? Enfim, quero dizer que sou muito grata por todo esse leque de conhecimento que adquiri nesse filme e a minha maior vontade é de ser uma representante desse propósito que também é meu, prosseguindo ensinamento do comportamento e suas supostas razões de tê-las, ou nem sequer ter razões... meu momento é descobrir e aprender e ajudar enquanto ensino o que sei. Grata demais por tudo isso.

Thanks for sharing this inspiring film. I am so touched by the teacher's non-judgement guidance. With teacher's unconditional love towards the children their learning became joyful and empathetic. Let's hope this will spread around the world.

Is an interesting way of teaching, one that I have never seeing or even imagined, I would like to express my skepticism, because nevertheless it works there; we always have to think about "How would this improve my performance and experience in my classrooms" so in this order of ideas, it's clear to say in which environments are more suitable to use these kinds of method to help with "Problem Solving". If I have to highlight something is how ope and comfortable the students act adn feel in this setting, if you ask me I think in spike of the differences and cultural barriers it would be a a well intentioned tool to use in class.

Kirsten this is a most wonderful gift to the world!!!! It summarises key nvc points so clearly, uses a very natural language and demonstrates with such real live examples what NVC looks like in practice!!! I am deeply grateful for this beautiful tool which contributes hugely to my passionate wish to develop strong skills in communicating with fellow humans!

Very inspiring Kirstine ! Thank you for all the multifaceted inputs that have gone into this. I can imagine what all it took to bring the project to this point ! Pre school is a vital place to do NVC . What struck me was the ease with which the children shared feelings and needs. I am guessing the teacher was an NVC practitioner .I am curious to know for how long this class had been exposed to NVC ?
