I'm looking at the same one on amazon. Have you had good luck out of yours? I carry a dumb phone (Sonim XP3 flip) to kick the smart phone addiction. However I still need navigation, and the ability to use just a few apps for my 2 jobs. I currently use my old smart phone as a tablet, which is not very easy and I am looking at this tablet as an upgrade for more functionality and more separation from my smart phone.

@@David-fj5md It's been working great so far. knock on wood. I've just used for GAIA and it's worked as it should. I paid $24 for the case and pen. Very sharp, clear screen.

I've been using it on trips since and it's fantastic. Personally a must have for me because I go camping in remote areas a lot plus in rural areas for work.

I don't know who makes it but it's some sort of military antenna. He told me it's $2,300 but he got it for $800 when there was a listing error and they honored the price. It was pretty amazing because we listened in on someone broadcasting from Eastern Europe from that antenna. The guy who owns it was in the Navy and had some sort of disaster preparedness position for a power plant and radio is one of his major hobbies.

I don't know what to compare it to, but the case it comes with seems much more durable than a typical phone case people have.

I bought at $4.50 and never sold when it peaked 😭 although I never had much of it so not a big deal for me.

I still have mine, but I mix and match pieces with other sets. I am a lot more particular than most people I think. I use a few pieces from this set in a different soft case for an ultra light cook set.

I just purchased this tablet to use for school, both as an instructor and student. I'm loving it! It's small enough to comfortably take notes. I use Google Keep, even for handwritten notes during lectures, and transfer them to a Google docs copy in Google Drive. I store most everything on an SD card and having no memory issues. The SPen works great and very happy with this investment.

Thanks. That was my first time using a drone. I now have a mavic 3 and Mavic 3 thermal (plus an enterprise at work). Been using it on my main channel @integralcamerasolutions but for whatever reason I've always used this account to subscribe and comment on channels I follow.

Just a question, i'm thinking of buying a refurb one muself but what about the updates and the speed of the tablet? Is it slow or still good? And for updates does samsung still provide them or no?

Thanks that's a great idea because my little foam pieces haven't held up well. I gotta look into mounting quick fist clamps I might actually already have them in that size from some mounts I use to use in my bed

yea I am not sure if it would be ideal for home defense because you will be in close quarters. I think it would be better for people who can't (or for whatever reason don't) want a real gun, for when they are out an about. I have seen some truckers carry them in their cab.

@@integraloutdoors Here is California we can't buy the Chemical rounds unless we pay for the Byrna Chemical Agent Certification exam with is definitely worth it as the Pepperball and Max Pepperball rounds are what will really stop an intruder. I bought two, an orange one for my wife and son and a yellow one for me. I did think about the black or gray color, but those colors are way too easy to misidentify as a real gun at a distance which can get you shot by armed security or the police. I've had to use the Kinetic rounds at close quarters and I can honestly say they are not a joke. Two shots and the guy was down on the ground with no desire to do anything that might get him shot again. I did buy the mag covers to keep the rounds safe and secure in the nightstand. I'm looking at the trap target they have as a way to practice more often without having to play Find the kinetic round or having to inspect them for damage.

I have only driven with it in rural areas and it worked just fine but I haven't driven on the freeway 60+ mph long distance with it. I got the folding mount because I figure most of the time on the highway I have service.

Ya I think people have to realize this isn't necessarily designed to replace a gun for most people. I have since gotten a sig p365 as my main carry but I like an option of a less lethal deterent.

Unfortunately due to the 1800gun laws we have here in California, it's extremely hard to get a gun, especially the past two years. Nearly every gun shop has been backlogged for the past 18-20 months. It also doesn't help that the governor here changes what guns are legal every 9-12 months, so that Glock 9mm model you bought might not be legal next year.

Hmm I don't know about that one. I don't wanna insult your intelligence with such a simple que5but are you sure the battery is actually in it? I think my battery was not in the camera when I got it, and I bet if you plugged it in it would turn the light on but have no battery to charge. If the battery is in it, seems the abttery is a dud. I'd see if you can exchange it if you just purchased it.

Why would you expect a locking case? I've bought many real guns and none ever came with a locking case. None of the similar pepper ball launchers on the market come with a locking case either, so I'm not sure why you have this strange expectation.

Keep it on safe, unloaded, and keep your finger off the trigger and you shouldn't have an issue. I have to put my hand in front of the muzzle of my firearms when putting a suppressor on, I make sure it's unloaded, on safe, and my finger off the trigger. No issue.

I have used it just fine yea. If you use Google maps I think you'll have to download offline maps. I mostly used Gaia GPS for off road trails.

It is not a firearm so no, but some states do ban these types of less lethal weapons. I would check the Byrna website to see if your state allows them.

???? I literally show my Glock 19 in the video and show how the Byrna is bigger. What's your point? I currently carry a sig p365. I would always recommend carrying a gun if you can over less lethal, but less lethal still has a market.
