I got mine used from a friend, it was a Capra 1.9 cage, you can find them cheap on ebay or go with the metal ones on Amazon

there's a give and take, LCG are more for being able to climb steep angles and side hill without rolling, yes you will sit lower but you'll have to take different lines. Depends on if your wanting a climber or trail truck.

@@jonathanrancel860 custom axles I built, I purchased all the parts separate and built them the way I wanted. I did a build series on them if you look back, they were kind of expensive but it's all good parts. unlike buying a cheaper set and changing everything later anyway.

the shorter they are the better it will climb vertically but sometimes you have to be able to clear driveshafts or servos, I don't think 10 mil difference is gonna hurt it much.

not sure, i'm sure you could, it def does better with a stronger battery.

mine was fun and worked better when I went with better shocks. Traxxas big bore are my go to now

it works great with brass front and rear, no brass on rear made it great for vertical climbing but not so good on side hill and decent.

any servo should work, you just have to adjust your end travel so you don't bind or break things. If your radio does not have adjustments then make sure you have some type of bump stop.

yes, you can run it either way, just depends on the length of your motor and if it clears your front links.

yes thats true, but my issue was the panhard bar, limiting the servo would remedy that but I would also loose a lot of steering angle. It was just a quick fix option, its completely changed now 😆

@@leesrcs thank you I am wanting to build my first rig an I am just wanting to build something that climbs like a spider I am thinking about a pork belly 12 degrees chassis have you seen the chassis I am talking about thank you I am in this nursing home I got hurt about 4 years ago and I am in a wheelchair now an I have been saving up parts to build me a rig an I have everything but a chassis an links it's been 2 years getting what stuff I have got because I am not able to work anymore so thank you again

I got that one used, I believe it was a Pro-line body, they can be expensive for just a clear plastic. I'm running a plastic hard body now.

its an aftermarket horn, I plan on redoing this whole set up, none of it really worked out they way I wanted but thats all part of the hobby I guess.
