Hi Nebojsa Cubra, in the video we used cables marked 15 AWG if you use the American table, or for easier searching use the diameter ø1.45mm / ø57.1thou (1.65 mm² / 2560 thou²). In any case, you can use cables with different diameters, depending on battery usage. For our cells, the continuous discharge is 3CA, which means 3 * (ampere value of the cells) / 3 * 90Ah = 270A continuous discharge. Depending on that, you will choose the right cable diameter. Specifically, they no longer have the case we used on the site, but you can use any case that will meet the dimensions. See the dimensions of one battery cell and adjust the dimensions of the case according to the number of battery cells purchased. If you buy exactly the battery cells that we used in the video, then you need the dimensions of the case, at least 17x12.7x19.2cm. But you also have to take into account the space for the BMS module. If you want to use the same components as us, you have to keep a reserve over the battery cells, as the switch is quite high as well as the terminals. This has a maximum output current of 6A, but if you need to charge the battery faster, you can also use a stronger charger. We personally use this, because it does not produce large voltage fluctuations even during longer charging, as is usually the case with car chargers. And the answer to your second question. We did not measure the continuous current during the test, because it seemed unnecessary to us, because everyone can see the specifications of the LiFePO4 cells given by the manufacturer. The manufacturer states a maximum constant discharge current of 3CA (about 270A). We apologize if you wanted a more accurate test.
