As far as i can tell, this fix is not how you fix this problem. Just replace the C27 and C93 capacitors and it'll be fixed. Here's a quick video of my fix. ruclips.net/user/shorts8-iuL_S1IXU

Sir, yung ME 25 ko may hissing sound pag na On na ang switch. May hessing sound na naririnig kahit di pa naka saksak yung output jack or sa phone jack.

Hey y'all for what it's worth, my SX hasn't powered on in over 5 years. I finally just opened the damn thing up carefully, referencing this video ( ruclips.net/video/irmXp2tDb3w/видео.html ) . I DID NOT SOLDER anything. I just unplugged a couple of the conduit thingamajigs and plugged them back in. Made sure everything was plugged in right and put it back together and it powers on now!
