In terms of whats going on in Varrock, the lore says its a massive city, and the south side are the slums (Hence why everything is in disarray). Also, there is also what we call scale theory. How the in-game world is scaled down to be practical in-game. When if actually in-universe, it would be much larger in reality (Like Varrock being home to thousands of people).

You don’t need a tool to transfer control of provinces you can just use the “setowner” command like: setowner ITA after clicking on a province. Would save you a lot of clicks, and if once you start to learn the tags you can also release and then puppet nations like:set owner KRD(pretty sure that’s Kurdistan’s tag) then: puppet ITA KRD.

if you decide to try italy again, your war will go much smoother if you don't just attack right away. Draw your offensive lines and battle plans, then wait the 4~ weeks it takes your main army to make its way there, build up their org, and get max planning bonus. This also allows you to finish the 35 day focus to increase your war supply, climb out of your equipment deficit by a pretty good chunk, build enough trucks to extend your supply depots, as well Ethiopia will occassionally attack your defensive positions wasting their already low equipment. I BARELY didn't finish before june and got a stability debuff for 1 day before we captiulated. If you put your plans on aggressive you shouldn't have a problem. After that I am clueless on what to do after :D seems like you can do anything. Make sure tanks and motorized divisions are in the southern army, and militia and mountaineers (mountain attack and movement bonuses) are on the north army :) I found you by youtube showing me this video this morning, just after I tried Italy yesterday.

Please train strength. Melee skills are trained by the attack style you can select if you click the menu tab with the crossed swords. Attack determines your accuracy, strength your max damage, and defence makes monsters less accurate against you. Training attack super high without any strength levels just means you'll hit 1s really accurately.

In terms of F2P content, it is fairly limited. 95% of the game is unfortunately gated behind membership. If you are looking for F2P quest content, Dragon Slayer 1 is considered the endgame for F2P. And some other tips. In case you haven't figured it out yet, the cross swords buttons is your attack options menu. That lets you not only check your combat level there, it also lets you switch where your combat XP is going. Seems you have only been bonking things in the accurate style and getting only Attack XP. You can mouse over the options to see what type of attack you are using, as well as which stat you will gain XP on. You will want to get some Strength XP so you can hit higher. Attack will only increase your accuracy (Aside from unlocking the ability to wield most melee weapons. And that little thing you encountered at the end is what is called a Random Event. Like the name implies, they will spawn for you randomly. There are a number of those and the NPC that pops up either hands you a reward or a makes you do a small challenge for a reward. Some include exclusive purely cosmetic equippables for some good drip if you have no need to be in your combat gear. And oh, don't fret about levels of enemies too much when viewing quest requirements. The way combat levels are calculated a bit janky. It's based on combat stats. Those Jail guards are not as threatening as they sound.

Loving the fresh perspective lol. Been playing rs in one form or another for almost two decades, so sometimes I forget what it's like to be new to the game :) Great video! (Edit: if your goal is to "complete" f2p, check out the dragonslayer quest and start working toward those requirements. Also woodcutting in Draynor Village once you get the level for willows is super chill, as is fishing on the northern docks of Karamja. Also also the "Below Ice Mountain" quest unlocks a new f2p area that's pretty neat)

Seems like this will be a fun series! Definitely invest into membership though, the game is infinitely more expansive and most things are a lot easier with access to the other skills.

Some quick notes that might help you: - There is a plugin called "Stretched Mode" that lets you scale up the UI so things aren't super tiny like that. - There is a F2P bank at the top of the Lumbridge - Combat Level can be found in the Combat Options tab, its a mix between all of the different combat stats (attack, strength, defense, range, magic, prayer, and hit points). - Attack dictates how accurate your melee hits land, Strength dictates the maximum hit of those landed attacks. If you have a max hit of 10 and you land an attack it can be anything from a 1-10. There is no way to increase your minimum hit. (there isn't a good way for F2P players to figure out their maximum hit without using add-ons and not every strength level will give you +1 to max hit) - Defense dictates how accurate enemies are when they attack you. This does not decrease the damage you take from hits, just how frequently you get hit. - For simplicities sake you can view Range as a mix of Attack and Strength for Ranged based attacks, and Magic as the same for Magic based attacks. Though Magic has some utility spells as well such as teleports. - Prayer is refilled by interacting with an alter, usually found in churches.
