I began practicing yoga back in 2009 while searching for a low impact workout. It started as a great way for me to develop a routine for flexibility. Over time my practice evolved as a tool for stress and meditation. I loved yoga so much I decided to teach and share the practice with others. RUclips is a great way for me to share the practice with everyone and especially black women and men who are looking for representation in yoga.
I am a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour yoga teacher and holds a certificate in children’s yoga. I specialize in teaching those new to yoga with private and group classes. I can customize each class based on the audience for an enjoyable class experience for all. I love my helping students further their journey into yoga. I consider myself a forever student.

I need one for travel as I have an injury that needs daily Chakra cleansing or else it really painful whenever it rains . But when I travel is the issues .
I only have one bowl could I use a cloth ?

I want to buy the blue EkOlite-Atoll Marble like the one in the video, but I'm worried that the blue might develop dark patches over time. Have you experienced any issues with it? Did the light blue maintain its color?
The blue has held up well. I just switched to a cotton mat this year though and I love it!
