Airbrush made simple

Nothing fancy just a few shirts and remembered to set up the camera. Don't know why it turned it sideways.
Airbrushing Tipsy
Просмотров 1,7 тыс.3 года назад
Airbrushing Tipsy. I'm at the Battle of Flowers, Fiesta in San Antonio. A big beer party with live music. Customers some times tip me in beer so this night I was airbrushing a little drunk. It was 12th hour and was a bit tired so please excuse my slow speed, LOL.
Airbrush Sonic the Hedgehog shirt

A video on how I sometimes paint custom orders. It's a little long cause I didn't want to go fast. LOL.
Yetis airbrushed tumbler

Some Yeti tumblers I have painted on my time off. Painting these are very therapeutic for me. These are done with all automotive paints. Something different than just watching me paint shirts LOL.

Still trying to kill it in the airbrush game. I'm airbrushing at 100 psi.
Fast airbrushing colorful balls
Просмотров 1,9 тыс.8 лет назад
Began airbrushing these balls a year ago. They have been a good addition to my booth. Took a little to figure out how to paint them at 100 psi. But as you can see, they sell well.
How many shirts you do an hour
It varies. Anywhere between 25-60+ depending on help and design. Thanks for watching.

Can you make a truck dance t shirt back in the 80s
Of course. Thanks for watching.
What advice would you give a new airbrush artist ! I invested into a 7 gun pump system and got a new micron iwata and an eclipse and I’m doing a ton of skulls for customers for Harley tanks and hard saddle bags I want to start doing tshirts and hats what are some tips or tricks you’ve learned throughout your years of airbrushing ??
One of the biggest tips I can give you for airbrushing apparel is work on your lettering. The tshirt game is all about personalization. If you take note my designs are short and sweet but I make the lettering look as good as possible and the customer likes that. They only buy from us because we can put their name on it. So work on lettering more than the art. A badass name with a little color sells quicker and more than a badass skull with crappy lettering. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Omg I’d be in heaven to be able to do this too see the persons eyes light up when they see their order of a shirt or a hat and they wear your art on them is just really cool to me ! I’m retired and I do airbrush work and if you ever want a partner or a worker to help let me know !! Cause I’d love to do this work !!
LOL, thanks. I do love the response I get from my customers. Seeing them happy to get their product with their name it is the best. I truly enjoy this. Good to know you're willing to work. I just might take you up on that offer some day. Thanks for watching.
@@nuwavedesigns I just showed my wife your advice and she said he’s 100% right !! But I need help I asked you on the other response please in your professional opinion what pressure do you run at and what tip size do you run 0.5 , 0.35 , 0.3 ?? But omg thank you for the advice I’m gonna work on my lettering !! And my drop shadows !! I’m going back in watching your technique in your state fair video cause you make it look so easy like breathing but I know that’s from years of practice and study ! Like light and shadow and spacing between letters so I hope you don’t mind but I’m studying your technique so I can someday be as effective and efficient like you thank you again Forever a fan Marc ( aka EL PADRE AIRBRUSH ) 👍🏻👍🏻
@@ELPADREAIRBRUSH most definitely. I responded to the others. As far as pressure I work at 100psi because I am fast and need the paint to come out fast. For more of a beginner pressure I would recommend 65-80 psi. The tip I think is .5. After that it's just personal preference.
@@nuwavedesigns thank you sir for your response !! I can’t wait to start making shirts and hats !! And with your advice I’m confident in my skill thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your advice I can’t wait to see new videos from your channel !! YOU ROCK 👍🏻🤘🏻👍🏻!
Now that is an airbrush machine in action no bullshit all business!!
Gotta do it. Thanks.
@@nuwavedesigns one quick question!! What pressure are you running at for those amazing shirts I get different answers and I need a professional answer thank you so much for your time and response I’m actually watching your state fair video right now ! And I’m just floored on how efficient and effective you are no wasted paint or time it’s all business but the shirts and hats look amazing so please !! What pressure do you run?? And what tip size 0.5 or 0.35 ?? Thank you sir your awesome well back to the video to watch your technique so I can someday be efficient like you thank you again Forever a fan Marc ( aka EL PADRE AIRBRUSH )
Hey love your work im from austraila also an airbrush t shirt and hat painter that dose the fair circut over here iv been thinking about setting up a trailer to work out of do you have any photos of your setup Cheers

Thank you and thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching.
Where do you get these shirts at...
I order from wholesale companies that require a resale certificate. Just Google wholesale shirts and you can find different suppliers. Thanks for watching.
What kinda airbrush do you use im just getting into this
I use the Iwata Eclipse. Good luck in your new venture. Thanks for watching.
Im going to be starting my own mobile setup. How many colors would you recommend starting with and which colors would you recommend?
I would say you will need at least your primary and a few secondary colors and definitely the fluorescent colors. It will put you around 12 colors or so. Thanks for watching
I’ve been airbrushing for 20 years. Multiple theme park locations. Let me say - this artist is fast!! Master of his craft. And understands the business…time/money aspect. Loved watching this.
You know it. Thanks for watching.
Does this washout ?
No. Thanks for watching.
Cara vc trabalha muito bem, parabens, vc é show
Thank you and thanks for watching.
Truly amazing!! Any pointers or suggestions for a beginner??
Just practice to deliberately get better. Thanks for watching.
Your technique is good but your choice of music is bad! Whether you care or not! If i went up to your both and heard your chose of music I would not recommend you to my friends and family. Sorry 😞
Well I play all type of music. I sell shirts, hats and hoodies not music. So if you choose not to buy from me cause of my "choice" of music, well you have that right, welcome to America. Maybe some of your friends and family like my music. Ask them don't deprive them of my awesome shirts LOL. Thanks for watching.
You must be the worse customer for anyone in retail to ever have to deal with lol. Youve gotta be the most self centered person ive seen comment. If the music playing has that much of an effect on you id say you have bigger problems to deal with than shopping.
🎉🎉
Thanks for watching.
I got a question sr. Where can I find the proper fitting to connect my hose like the one you are using to plug in to a compressor. Im currently using a small compressor that I can just plug into but im sure you have a construction (big)compressor but your hose is 1/8 like mine too.
I am using a fairly big compressor. It comes with a 1/4" fitting already so my hose fits directly to it. Now like the manifold I have to connect several airbrushes I got from Northern Tools or Harbor Freight Tools. Home Depot is another one of my favorite stores. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
Wow wow wow, im amazed.👍👍👍
Thank you for watching.
That trigger control you have with that brush is amazing! How long you been airbrushing for?
I've been airbrushing for at least 30 years now. Thanks for watching.
Cordialement David.
Sure go ahead and ask. Sorry to hear about your health. Wish you a speedy recovery. Thanks for watching.

I'm using the Iwata Eclipse HP-BCS. Thanks for watching.
