As a kid in Ontario Canada, he grew up not really on a Rez, but it was a community where First Nations people lived. As far as I read, he connected with Indigenous people far better; so the Cult's lyrics and his fashion/his outfits are reminiscent of Native, Indigenous peoples, and you can hear it and see it, actually. It's cool. Quite the performers. We were kids, 18 or so and in Irvine, CA roadtrip after high school, early college. They were the best!

Wow this vocal is impressive, good work. I was not expecting it. I was ready to dislike and I thought I was listening to Jack.

Why is Jack not fronting the band? I saw JR in Austin a few years back and there were maybe 100 in attendance.

Ah, Casino shows...home of the truncated set! I always though that if you can't give PAYING fans at the least a 90-minute set, you are robbing them and/or don't give a #@$& about them. It's so obvious. Case in point, I saw Stephan Pearcy of Ratt at a local casino a few weeks back, and his show, WITH encore, lasted exactly 60 minutes. It's greedy and lazy and has nothing to do with getting gamblers back on the floor. I heard this about two decades ago, when Cheap Trick played a 55-minute set with no encore. A year later, The Pretenders played a two hour casino show, as did Tears for Fears the year after that. Just give your fans a show of value, is all.

His tone is close but vocally much of the highs are somewhat forced and off slightly. I’m being very critical because Jacks voice back in the 80’s and 90’s was untouchable. This kid is decent as a replacement. If Jani Lane was still alive he’d be the best replacement for sure.

That sounded horrible. Johnny Monaco (the big mouth moron on stage right, red Ibanez) destroyed the solos in both songs. WTF happened during the solo in Round and Round? Slipshod and out of key. The drummer's meter wavered quite a bit and Pearcy can't hit any notes. What a joke.
