I canceled TWO MONTHS ago and now they' ve ghosted both me and the Austin Better Business Bureau and blocked me from their Facebook page. Many others have experienced the same.

I was looking at Ristretto. But the negative was more than the positive about ordering and receiving. It was because of the bike was outsourced with components and built somewhere else. And then customer service nightmares. If you have a solid product like this. Cut out some of the overseas crap. Establish in country capabilities. Otherwise, the consumer is screwed. Business requires an excellent ability to service their product and customer service. If that is unachievable than it will fail. First of. You need to look at solid product and backing it up. This is not about someone making a fortune without being honest and screwing people with outsourced crap. It may be. If you are going to win the battle in this industry you need to have people who can figure this out. Because of right now. It is not trusted.

I do not agree with the price difference if the only change is the a tire size, they should in theory be the same retail price . There has to be other logicical reasons to justify the price.

What a joke. My EUC has 50S cells, 60 mile range, can reach 52mph and is the size of that rear wheel.

That seat is way too thin for a 40 mph bike.

I have so many questions.. Where can I store a water bottle? Why does it only come with one key? Can the key be cut easily to make a spare copy? What is the best way to lock and secure this bike when leaving it in public areas? Is the display screen easy to remove so I don't have to worry about someone tampering with it when I leave it out?

I did contact once Ristretto and no one could help me with dimentions. I did explained there i no regulated saddle hight. You mut provide dimentions of the models. Only Dimentions I can see are here on youtube video blured. This was seriously annoing conversation. No one had clue about anything giving me only specs I can see my self online. Now I can clearly say that 24 model is just midgen to big for my short legs. But imagine this discovery when I purchesed bike. Shipped it to UK. Paid it all customs etc. to find BIKE IS TO BIG no chance to set it up.

Will need a motorcycle license, registration, plates, and insurance with that large of a moto, even with the power limited. It's still a 4500W motor.

You can buy a nice truck for the price of this bike yet they still want to charge over a thousand bucks for an extra battery. INSANE!

I'd love to buy this bike but I can't see myself paying an extra $1200 for a spare battery which I like to have considering how long it takes to charge bike batteries. Now I'm looking at other brands that have cheaper options with spare batteries

What are the internal dimentions of the cargo box? Can you put a motorcycle helmet in it?

I really want to order this bike, but my money was stolen by Bandit bikes and I have been struggling to get it back. Hopefully I can get my money back though a fraud complaint with my credit card company and order this in time to still get the discount. Sucks I have been waiting since early July to get my bandit X pro, but I guess they decided to rip off all their Canadian customers. As for super 73, I have been trying to get their grizzly tires for 6 months for my rx. They sent me one for the back , but say I can't get the other - they are staggered in size, till next year. My old tires are not usable. Been fun times for me in the ebike world

Is the frame of the A20 and A24 the same size? Lets say I got an A20, could I replace the wheels with the 24s as I grow? Also I would like to know if you prefer the A20 or A24, is the A20 comfortable for pedaling?

Where do you get your helmet?

To sum up my observations on there other video. At this price point should be a minimum 60v 35ah battery pack. My $4000 scooter comes with 72v 40ah . Both rotors should be minimum 200mm. Any ride Reaching 40mph should be at that 200mm mark at least. There extra 52v 30ah pack is a really high $1100 . Positives. 1- i love it does not use a motorcycle style light(i hate that style light). These look great. High torque mid drive is quite nice. Awesome handlebars keeping an e-bike look. The seat looks super uncomfortable(they are changing it though i believe) i would prefer this instead of my scooter but now my extra money is gone. The small battery pack would be a huge sacrifice for me though……I’m used to a big battery pack at that price point. Overall a hit and miss for me.. very interesting i must admit. Looking forward to user reviews
