Without a doubt Vixen were an absolute beast of a band. So talented!
Vixen live Cologne, Germany 1991...best concert performance by 4 incredibly talented musicians, Janet has perfect pitch and tone, master of compression/distortion (that "raspy" growl) Presently there's Lzzy Hale and Carrie Underwood, of course a young Ann Wilson, Janet could hold her own. 🔥 🎶

I saw them live in 1990 and they were brilliant. This is for a TV show, it's perfectly common for a band to mime to their song for TV purposes. It's more about promo for the song than playing live.

Yeah. There are 2 different versions of this bootleg that I know of and both soundboard recordings. There is this version with people from 98 Rock, the complete set and a interview with Roxy. The other version is missing some of the songs out of the set and no mention of 98 Rock.
I miss this Vixen. The new Vixen suck! Except Britt. Roxy is the only original. RIP Jan
