I've broken 3 marching snare heads in my high school career and I still have a year left. When you break a KEVLAR head all you can think is "awwwwwFUCKyeaaaaaaa.....I did that shit" my drum tech hated me :(

His snare drum sounds a lot gentler than the other guys. Maybe he loosened the snares a little or maybe he is just a great player or probably both.
