    Serve return is probably the most crucial shot as a weak return into mid-court means end of rally. But destroying your opponent with difficult serves is no fun, at least in a social game.

    Id say it works that way in open stance with one-two step away balls, but with good lenght sitting in a corner balls which you want to play in closed stance, id rather try to slide my backleg to the front one during the shot and return quickly to the T, in such situation one powerful step (if you leave your backleg as close to the T as possible) would be too power consuming

    • @SquashForce
      @SquashForce Месяц назад

      You are right! There are a lot of situations in the deep corners where you can’t really leave the back leg planted close to the T!

    Thanks, great video. I’m always concerned about giving space for opponent to go to the ball and end up taking a longer route back to the T. Then, a drop shot and I’m nowhere near.

    • @SquashForce
