dressing up our storage bins
We finish paneling our overhead storage cabinets for our bus renovation. We used rough-sawn and stained planking for a rustic cabin look. We also installed some ductwork to help more heat around the bus.

Framing over the bus wheel well

We frame over the wheel well so that we can later insulate and panel over it to cover all the wiring and build a base for our refrigerator.

We insulate the ceiling of the bus with pink hardboard so it will help keep the heat in and also support the fiberglass roof

We bought a bus last fall, our plan is to renovate and live in it full-time. We are going to document the process as well as other parts of our lives.

truck campers are the smartest way to travel and live. good, wise choice.

Go buy a big bag of charcoal (for grilling) an cut the top off an let it sit in a corner or.you can seperate it into littlier bags to spread it out but the charcoal will suck up all that moisture also works to just throw a couple pieces in your toolbox it'll keep all your tools from rusting from the weather changes!

I would put a layer of 1/2 brick between the stove and table. Hmm
Flex seal works great but make sure to clean and prep the areas pre application.
I even patched huge cat claw holes in my waterbed and no issues.

Flex seal isn’t going to work for long…best option is to go to an rv store and buy some rv seem seal roof tape….that stuff is amazing and once it’s on,it never comes off

The bracket for the table bottom is only $9.00 at the rv center near me. Unless you really want to make one yourself, just google rv table base.

I have a 1986 F250. The Northstar is 2001. And Ben drives the Versa at the moment for the winter but has a Subaru Baja that he normally drives. And my truck is stock height.

We both graduated college. Ben works at a performance care shop as a mechanic and I work as a service advisor for a mechanic shop.

If you are fairy close to a health club like planet fitness you could use it for showers. Saves water and resolves some of your condensation problems.
The only way to deal surg your condensation issues is a diesel heater, they are cheap, super efficient and the dry heat is perfect for the condensation. I've lived in mine for 4 years and speak from experience. I'm so glad I put one in.
Hey, ACE Hardware will do the propane tank inspections and certification for $10. I just had to have one done here in North Carolina. They also fill propane tanks.

That was a fantastic buy for$ 700 + !!! I own a 2006 Lance truck camper and love it. It’s cozy 😊 Honda 2000 generator and a Buddy heater will help your winter along for power and heat Good luck !
