The theragun is a great tool that I use pre and post-ride. Pre-ride, it helps warm and activate key muscle groups, reduce tension, and improve flexibility while reducing injury risk. Post-ride, it enhances recovery by increasing blood flow, reducing muscle stiffness, and preventing lactic acid build-up which helps you recover faster and feel less sore after your ride. Overall, it’s a great tool for optimizing your rides and improving recovery!
