Poe is a fantastic game. Neopets out here actually making content for the FC botter, the players who buy NP and then the 14 players with over 1 billion np and dumb enough to think this is a money sink.

I know people usually say this with a level of sarcasm but I legit wouldnt trust Dominic to baby garden gnomes on my lawn.

Its a clown world out in Neopets. Content made for the FC botters and NP buyers. They hated on the elite until they had the chance to become the elite and then look down upon the newbs... Its like people who say they are virteous and care for everyday people and once they get elected they are vacationing in cabo three times a year and caught up in a corruption scandal 2 years later.. and when caught it was just a misunderstanding

So is it basically like all the dailies. You just login and in 5 minutes earn the 25k np reward? How useful are the in game purchases? I heard recently they increased the prices and I kept wonder WHY? I heard they didnt do much of anything since there isnt much to do...

@@whitefish105 i guess technically is it good to have some kind of neopoints sink even if it's basically meaningless? idk, but we technically don't know the solution yet. people speculate it's buying 10 but we can't know yet until 10 days pass.

@@bilong92 I would strongly prefer the first money sink to have been for training your pet. Its just stats for np. No items are generated in the process. Also the point of money sinks is to be a constantly way to keep the economy and overall neopoints stable. However with botting making limitless np and people buying neopoints with no repercussions this does extremely little as a "money sink." It just further pushes players who dont buy np down the ladder, but since casual players are always happy with the scraps of these re-released items being eventually attainable nothing will change. Would you rather have this 10m item or an item that costs 100-500k that gives you a small chance to get one of these retired items? I really dislike the 10m entry point.... The pricing of the new scorchstones is crazy given neopets is directly the reason the LEV is 250k. This is just a cosmetic tax for players who want new stuff and have lots of np from the new dailies/plot and other events. I am curious how many people will still be buying these at 10m in 4 weeks from now.

It is disappointing and really frustrating to see TNT under dominic just completely shit the bed content wise and turn their head away from all the blatant botting and real world trading. At every turn they try to have both cake and pie. They actively attempt to keep botters and real world happy and confident they wont be banned. The really disappointing thing is seeing how dumb the player base in general is. They will run defense and make up 1000 excuses when at the end of the day as long as they can get a few scraps they will do all the dog tricks for dominic. They will heel, lay down, roll and shake a paw.

After a certain amount of time grinding dailies and the plot you finally hit that point of I really dont want to do these today and in those 5 minutes it takes you realize how little fun the game play is and how if the rewards werent great theres 0 chance you would be doing them.

About faeries. If there are no male faeries and we have no confirmation that faeries are physically born. That makes all faeries by default non-sexual. Of course redditors would make up a theory that them scissoring creates a magical rainbow and then 9 months later that rainbow shit out a faerie or something like that. People are seemingly so desperate and eager to create, transfer or enforce some current day politics, beliefs and stereotypes into anything and everything and in this case for absolutely no payoff. It would be funny if they did both sides. It would cause so much chaos. A male faerie comes out with a MAGA hat talking about how neopia is flat and shit smoking some weed. Then also release that jhudorah and Illusen are actually a throuple with some loser faerie they degrade like a vegan w More importantly, we all know why there is a faerie in a wheelchair. She saw what neopets became under dominic and threw herself down the first set of stairs she found.

At this point I truly expect the next game is going to be a word search. NCUC, NeoCash, 14$USD, MobileGames, Pay2play, horribleplot and so on..

The naming part makes a lot of sense. It was great seeing someone out there fighting against a bad idea we 100% dont need in neopets. Its a tad funny I had mentioned this point before and then someone who actually wants it went ahead and wrote a comment about it. I am a little sad we didnt get to see your other comments. I noticed this as well in my videos. I had moderation on basic and people were still claiming messages got deleted by me. They also never appeared in the section where it asks you to approve them either. However if you change moderation to none...... they appear. There's some good in this world bilong92 and its worth fighting for! (even if its in the trenches of a youtube comment section)!!

Ah yes, The I hope you live forever in poverty moment. Easily a top 5 lore moment in neopets 25 year history. Maybe what Neopets (the website) needs is for him to come back and say some more wild shit. It would be fantastic, the lore, the anger, the chaos of at any moment something unforgettable happening would be great. Imagine all of a sudden the final boss of the Plot is him. He cannot take damage or deal damage and he just yells comments are you until you give up.

Luckily, I am Veteran in the Neopets Gaslighting Wars and didnt fall for obvious bait... this time.

Yeah it seems players found out a couple hours after it was going to be brought back. Its so annoying that nothing official got released, announced or said on the neocord, neoboards on neopets or the subreddit. However 5 people willing to spend 100m+ on that faerie slingshot and then all 5 mysteriously knew an hour later not to spend NP on it. and then 12 hours later it got -re-released. Regular players always getting screwed over.

@whitefish105 Imho it was kinda obvious that they screwed up and made it tradeable when it wasn't supposed to be. We usually know what's going on in GenDisc, you should stop by sometime. :)

So a pretty average release for TNT under dominic. Naturally the items already put on the AH are going to now go crazyyy and in like 3 days they are likely to re-release it the bag.

Earning 2b neopoints a day is surely the most naturally legitimate thing, right? In this video, He literally admitted to blatantly asking shells for a list of orders each day, so that he can do the dirty work for them. In addition, if he is really so lovely, why does he still inflate r95 to r98 stamps from 5-10m, all the way to 100m each, forcing poor players have to spend their hard-earned neopoints on his inflated items? He already has hundreds of billions, why still price-gouge poor neopians? And you said "there are simple ways to be good at neopets". Is the simple way = asking botters every day for new orders? You said he is kind and charitable most likely because he threw a few gifts your way. he's playing this game to have a fanclub.

@@jiop5137 when you're spending almost 1b on an item to flip for over 1b, which is what you're doing when you sell a single suap, then yes, it is very easy to naturally earn 1-2b np a day. this isn't "i make 1b+ a day by doing nothing;" it's "i can make 1b+ a day by spending hundreds of millions." having more money makes it easier to get a return on that money -- this is the case for everything you do in the game. if you were an actual collector then you'd know that the prices that he asks for his stamps isn't actually what he sells them to when doing business with legitimate, non-shell buyers. sure, he grifts shell buyers constantly -- because they're shells, and there's no pressing reason not to milk their 'illegitimate' money for everything it's worth. if you have the means to procur an item on the site that you know people will happily pay well over its actual worth for and those people aren't even trying to hide the fact that they've received their np through offsite means, then you'd be stupid not to take advantage of that. it's what everyone who makes the big bucks on this website does, if they aren't buying np/items themselves. real, actual people have done business with zingen and experienced how charitable and reasonable he actually is. the people buying these 100m+ r98s are not the people you're trying to defend here. i have 827 stamps and i've paid out of my ass for them, in excess of hundreds of millions sometimes for one singular +1 to my count, and i know many, many other collectors who spend weeks and months earning np so they can do the same who understand that zingen's way of doing business isn't to blame for the upsurge in the collectable economy. the removal of all value from r99 album items means that the demand needs to be redirected elsewhere, and the bot activity means that r95+ is just as ripe for it was the 99s have ever been. this isn't any singular player's fault so much as the inevitable consequence of neopets' awful bubble economy and the sheer amount of available np entering the site every day. if you were an rser you'd know exactly how that works; once you hit r95 in stamps, you can bet quite healthily that you will never be able to restock any of those items yourself. the supply doesn't exist, but the demand is there -- demand from the shell accounts, offsite sellers, and np buyers. the percentage of legitimate collectors who are making these purchases is miniscule, and those who do, generally speaking, do it with a fraction of the same amount of targeted bitching that people who've never collected a page seriously in their life love to do because we can actually see that this isn't a matter of one greedy player fucking over everyone else, but the collective state of the game as it is in 2024. the inflation began to ramp up in january when the quest log and advent calendar showed that tnt is willing to drop even retired collectables, and it's only going to continue as they set precedents for reducing the value of things like creative contest prizes (fec, omelette stamp) and, hopefully soon, event stamps (mystery island, tyrannia). i've known him since his account was ~4 months old, when he mainly rsed in magic and barely knew what a stamp even was, watching him work for hours, recording his rs sessions and learning from the ground up, and it's been an endless loop of more casual players bemoaning how unfair it is that someone who's put so much time and effort into making their worth has actually managed to grow in the game. keep strawmanning all you like and complaining that other people are savvier at the fake economy than you are, but it isn't going to get you anywhere.

I’m also going to say that Z colluding with bots, inflating the fuck out of items to levels where only the bots will buy them with dirty money, sounds like a roundabout way of cheating? I understand his take like “I’m just playing the game” which happens to be overran with bots but ya.. contributing so heavily to the inflation and in a sense price fixing with the bots.. it’s ugly. Consistently pricing stamps 20-30% above and working hand in hand with shells to feed their machine and kill our game is pretty fuckin lame for a guy who can’t be bothered to participate in any of the site activities. “Nothing to spend np on” .. account looks like a throwaway shell no offence there.. only things he buys are being flipped for a stiff gouging up the ass. “I flipped nerks and faerie festival items”. I have no doubt that he’s profiting incredibly off of bot accounts now that’s he’s built a foundation of wealth, but the first few months don’t make sense in my opinion.

Yes I am aware of that. About the unsafe part. If you work out a deal with another player and have evidence (neomails) and you bid 100m or 300m and they dont send the item. TNT will "fix" the situation If you would like to a better understanding of the underbelly of the neopoints economy. I suggest yo watch the last half of my video thats come out later today.

Christmas came a little early for me this year it seems. The owner of that account somehow heard they got mentioned in one of my videos and then took 10 days to think of a clever and witty defense and produced this gem. TNT should hire them to do the next plot.HAHAHA
