@marvinvining1192 I'm a little confused with your comment. First it's lightweight then how much added weight does it add on the blocks. Are you worried about it being lightweight or heavy? Blocks are an option if you're worried about that rest assured we can place them on a cement pad! I'm glad that you find "the bones" the easy part of construction, but some don't or don't have the time to build it. Our engineer plans have a wind rating of 150 mph and are approved for the coast! I have a lot of customers that finish it out on their own or hire a contractor to finish it out, if you don't know one I have a couple of local contractors that can give you a bid. @sgr7th spray insulation is $9ft², the electric will depend on what is added, Derksen doesn't do the plumbing but I do have a contractor. Are you located near Floresville?

@TheBrianV the siding is not T-111 it's LP SmartSiding on the inside, same great material as outside it can stay the primer color or be painted over, depending on what the customer wants.
