@@coverdrummer i also want to buy electric drum , because of noise for neighbour. So you record your drum through pc with audacity? And you listen to the song through the line in port on the roland box?

@@Mathewtheracer I connect my drum with USB on my PC, and use REAPER as a DAW, with the roland ASIO driver. I directly record drums on reaper, and send the audio by usb on the roland module. Hard to explain, but really easy to do

@@coverdrummer okay thanks , i understand the DAW part with reaper, but what do you send with usb to the roland module? The music you listen too? I should do it the same way for the recording , but i should "line-in" a jack to the module to hear my song to play with ? Also possible i guess?

@@Mathewtheracer Yes, you send the music. use the ASIO driver in your daw, you can send audio to the module, and record your drum in same time in the DAW

I record in real time. i use the 2 tabs of my sons, and my phone, and a camera, and I play ... i synchronize all videos at the end and change the views as I want :) Very easy to do, more than explaining :D :D :D

I used headphone by the past, but now i use ear monitor (Bose). Very nice to use ! And good sounding :) My drumkit is a Roland V-Drum TD25 KV, which I add one cymbal and one floor tom

I only used a factory setting of my Roland TD25, and adjust it with a splash cymbal on the left floor tom, and a chinese cymbale in place of a ride.. :)

Hello ! I don't know how I could help you, but my drumkit is a Roland TD25KV with 1 additional pad and 1 additional Cymbal. For the sound, I make my own kit myself, and never record my preset, cause I always change the songs I play :D
