I personally love the Original Fry Cook

I love it all. The story's progression is super interesting, and I like how they're focusing on the character's thought processes. It shows how real people do think, and parallels the real world a lot.

I like both. I can't wait for season 3.

I disagree. Season one is so unique that it can't be surpassed by something similar. Season two, therefore, takes a completely different approach. The setting is the same, but the storytelling is not. And while it’s not bad at all, it feels more like half a season. At best, it seems to be setting the stage for the real spectacle that season 3 is proberly going to deliver.

I think the reason why people consider season 4 to be apart of the show's golden age and put it over season 1, 2, 3 or just the entire pre-movie era is because they found a lot of episodes that are fantastic and are on par with the first three seasons like shell of a man, the lost mattress, Krusty towers, dunces and dragons and so on.

Here's my top five for season 5 Number 5: I went back and forth between friend or foe and the battle of bikini bottom but I decided it's friend or foe. 👶 Number 4: Roller cowards 🎢 Number 3: Blackened sponge 🔧 Number 2: Krabs a la mode 🥶 Number 1: The two faces of Squidward 🚪👑 Bottom five Number 5: A flea in her dome 🦟 Number 4: To love a patty ♥️ Number 3: Whatever happened to SpongeBob? 🧳 Number 2: Fungus among us 😷 Number 1: Spongehenge 🎶🗑️ Despite the amount of bad episodes in this season, I still find it pretty solid and still had a lot of really good episodes even if there were a lot of really bad episodes. But the seasonal rot really kicks in at season 6 and it ends at season 9. Do you still plan on doing season 6?

I agree with another commenter about the episodes after daphne dumps Donny. I also do not like the episodes where Daphne is acting bitchy, calling Martin “old man”, etc. it’s like her character has done a 180 since the beginning and the original Daphne is gone. It’s like Jane Leeves ended up playing herself.

unpopular opinions: Have you seen this snail: I think have you seen this snail is an top 3 episode of Post Movie Spongebob (seasons 4-5). I Can see why people can see this episode as garbage. But for me its great. Yea spongebob is mean and cruel to gary but after opening he is trying to get him back. I found some good jokes like squidward scream (Can be seen as filler tho) and patrick milk scene (can be seen gross but not The splinter level) I like the drama and the song is perfecto. I found the episode interesting but i gotta say, Spongebob is kinda annoying, same with patrick. Squidtastic voyager: Yea this episode is kinda overhated. The plot was good for its 2006 standards but in 2024 its really overdone. I found this episode interesting and kinda funy.

great ranking i agreed with a lot of the list but ripped pants is way to low and the paper and rock bottom are really low. its also nice to see someones top 3 be so unique and not have it be pizza delivery every time. your top 3 i can agree with and are also some of my favorites like culture shock which is the best one in my opinion. your bottom three i also strongly agree with because i also find mermaid and barnacle boy 2 to be dull. the chaperone is okay and neptunes spatula is my least favorite pre movie episode because half it you feel for spongebob and the other is good but doesnt make up for the bad first half, also neptune sucks. great video.

Pretty good list but don't agree with including Fraiser's Curse. That episode has some hilarious moments. "You always were a proud one."

I've heard about how creepy and gross modern spongebob is and there's always been the jokes about "the artist's bearly disguised fettish" for all shows sence forever. But that foot clip from the narwhal episode fenuenly made me feel uncomfortable just now. Yeesh.

I Was A Teenage Gary is the worst one imo. It gave me PTSD from my childhood, and its just gross, uncomfortable and dump now.

This is not Spongebob, this is a corpse that Nickelodeon attached strings to and is playing with it like a puppet ...

Even if spongebob does improve, it will never be as good as seasons 1 to 3 are.

Good video but I couldn't disagree more with most of your selections.

The weakest part of the series for me was the part where Daphne and Donnie almost got married and Niles almost got married to Mel and they break it off to marry each other and they have to deal with Mel and Donnie trying to sue them. It wasn’t funny and was a total drag. Not rewatching that part again. There were a few dud episodes sure but I could generally find something in them to enjoy except Mary Christmas but i hated the drawn out lawsuit section the most.

Just watch seasons 7-9 kids. Its better than this crap.

The new character is a Peter Lorre reference.

The problem with Nickelodeon is that they don’t try to make more original series and just over explote SpongeBob and The loud house making a lot of episodes of SpongeBob just being annoying and dumb I miss the old SpongeBob when he used to be smart and not annoying and he had more emotions but now he just laugh’s without non stop to the point we all know why Squid Ward hates SpongeBob
