Ed Reed de-cleats Koren Robinson (2005)
I was at that Chiefs game. Drove down from Iowa. It was a Sunday Night ESPN game. Everybody was drunk and all Buffalo could score was freaking safety. Don't see a lot of those in the NFL.
I can’t believe i was 21 when Brees came aboard. I always wished my grandpops would have seen it. I grew up watching Saints football because of him ⚜️
I was 17 watching this game on the “old” big screen. Still can’t believe it.
TO in DA B-LO
This was the rams last win in Seattle until 2015.
8:00 - Avery Johnson never seen again
HE WAS A CHOKE ARTST!
26 offensive yards by cleveland, all game long
I was 22 in 2003 and I remember this game like it was yesterday. That same year the Patriots beat us 31-0 when the Bills went to Foxborough…smh 🤦🏽♂️. Every year I talk about those 2 games.
Lamont Jordan looked like Marcus Allen in this game lol!
The catch between two defenders against the Jets and the one handed catch against the Chargers😤
One of the best, definitely underrated during his time in the league
Rich Karlis: " El amigo de los postes "
The 2004 bills had a big play defense and special teams but Bledsoe played very conservative most the season and didn’t even throw for 3000 yards. He wasn’t bad but they mainly relied on Mcgahee on offense.
Name of song at 8:41?
Leonard Weaver was freakin awesome for the Eagles. It was a shame how he got injured his second year on the team. I don't think they've had a fullback on the roster since him.
Before I knew McNabb was Not so great to some of his Teammates he was my favorite
When Kenny lofton hit that my heart dropped I’m so glad my angels won berry bonds doesn’t deserve a ring #RALLY MONKEY 🙉
One of the greatest games of all time ! I remember watching this game as a kid like it was yesterday
A 200+ yd game against a stout defense like the late 90s dolphins with a secondary that includes Terrell buckley, sam madison, brock marion and Patrick surtain. That's very impressive when you see the added context of who was throwing him the ball as well as the surrounding offensive pieces or lack thereof around moulds. Moulds was definitely a hall of fame talent without the solidified stats that everyone sees is the real deal
So Pitty tha the Bills did not won the Supebowl against the Cowboys at least one time in the 90s. It would have been fair that the Cowboys would have won one and the Bills the next (one each). I may be the biggest 49ers fan in Argentina, but I must repeat that: Both should have won the Supebowl in the 90s (Cowboys and Bills, one each).
37:13 Coach Reid, this is a sneaking mission
I miss football 😢
🤦♂️ I am surprised that the Chargers never made a Super Bowl apperance in that late 2000's and early 2010's era 🤦♂️ They were good enough to go.The same with the 2009 and 2010 New York Jets 🤦♂️ It was always the Steelers,Patriots,Colts, and Broncos(2012-2015 era)winning the AFC every single fucking time 🤦♂️ No teams AFC teams could beat those 4 teams to win the AFC crown 🤦♂️
How did you think he was on the ground 🤔 I never understood that never looked close to being on the ground
1:08 - Ironic Ralph Wilson wanted Doug Flutie in the draft and then in 1999 he pressed Wade Phillips to bench Flutie on the eve of the playoffs.
That was a great day! It's just too bad that the Bills peaked in Week 1 that year.
Yeah Andre Reed was a beast top WR of all time
Here to show my young bulls fan the only hope we had during a 17 year drought... forever thankful freddy!!!
Fantastic old helmets and uniforms.
I have a question for those who are very knowledgeable from this era. What was the deal with Rob Johnson and What was it about him that he could never grow into that talent? The reason why I ask is because I was watching the qb skills competition from 2001 and Rob Johnson had an incredible day against other really good qbs and the thing was he looked from a talent aspect that he was better then the guys he was going against. The speed at which he moved at, the arm strength and accuracy at which he did the drills was something that really caught me by surprise. What that guy said about watching him throw youd think he’d be an all timer. That was literally me seeing him compete in the skills competition lmao. The thing is that skills comp had QBs like mcnabb, manning, Garcia, etc in it and Johnson looked better then them. I’m a huge football fan but I’m a little on the young side so when rob played I was like 8 or 9 and at that age I couldn’t make the evaluations the way I’m able to do now. It’s just weird that not one coach was willing to use his talent and build a winner around him after seeing what I saw with him spinning the ball around. Which is why I ask the question I did. Was he missing leadership characteristics? Was he a choke artist? Is it simply that he didn’t have that dog in him? It’s just wild that he had that much talent and in a time where the QBs weren’t as gifted athletically who could also spin it and they couldn’t make it work. Sorry for the long message I just was really curious as to why this dude Rob Johnson didn’t pan out for the 90s. In todays game offenses coaches would’ve loved to have the skillset Rob Johnson had. I know it was a different era of football but I just can’t wrap my mind around why this dude just didn’t work out
5 is by far the best eagles QB ever. Idc what anybody says.
I'm just trying to figure out how Willis McGahee who ran a 4.28 40 yd dash couldn't run down Chad Williams down after that pick.
Classic Bills.
1:47 Buccaneers will have this game in their heads for their revenge in Super Bowl 37
Buffalo native, don criqui, calling the game with ex bill, steve tasker
Did any other network do a similar wrap-up of NFL results? I used to watch NFL highlights in Australia back in the mid 90s and remember a similar 3 minute drill but it wasn't lifted from ESPN.
@2:52 I lol'd
Not Marvin Lewis staying as the Bengals coach for another 10 seasons without a single playoff win 😆
Mad props for changing the commentating to match the team the play favored. Amazing work!
I'd love to see the 2024 Bills wear these classic 90's uniforms at least for a couple games! - super bowl era - the 2000's unis were trash.
8:40 is where it starts......chills
It's stupid benching the man who got you to the playoffs for a guy who started only 1 game that season, and it was meaningless
The Bills played 3 Nfc East teams in the SB Giants - 90 Redskins - 91 Cowboys twice - 92 & 93
Chief
the lost of jackson killed this run
I love my. Buffalo. Bills. Go. Go. Bills#1
Johnson looked like a 90s pornstar.
How was that not a PI on Curtis on 4th down? I'll never get it.
This game had EVERYTHING -The stage (MNF) -1st MNF in Buffalo in 13 years -David vs Goliath story -Romo 5 Interceptions! -Two pick-6’s -Kickoff return Touchdown -4th Quarter comeback -Successful On-Side kick -Game winning FG (twice) Game is STILL infamous in Buffalo folklore 15+ years later. This game, The 2009 NE season opener, 2020 Hail Murray, & 13 Seconds. 😢
