What is Zoom Rooms? Polycom will use Trio and Eagle Eye Cameras as plug and play devices.
wish how he gt to that first activation screen. Also SOME details of using Airplay.. there is NO documentation on this
How do you connect the Trio microphone to the Zoom Room?
you need a wired connection or download the virtual usb from the polycom support page
Zoom software for TRIO should be included in UC software 5.7.2 or later. I had upgraded via USB with an earlier build. Please review the following site for further details - support.polycom.com/content/support/north-america/usa/en/support/strategic-partner-solutions/zoom.html
Is Zoom preloaded on the Trio or is there a process to get Zoom software onto the Trio ?
Depends on the Trio you bought. You can update the Trio firmware to get the Zoom Room controller if it doesn't cone preloaded.
