Yeah the competitiveness has really stepped up lately. Scott's kart was definitely dying, he even confirmed he felt like a sitting duck afterward, but his kart placement, plus Dominik bearing down on me, was enough to keep me from trying too much. Definitely working on being able to make something happen in the double apex after Schumacher.

Thanks Alex! Q2 I ran a 19.481, karts seem to have lost pace the last few months and we are taking long breaks between sessions to charge.

Well that's a bummer, but are they still decently balanced? The newer model karts at Mokena aren't being maintained for the league - the fast karts are a quarter-second per lap faster than average, and the worst kart I've gotten was four-tenths slower than average. We just get whatever random karts are closest to the track. There's never been more than one heat of league racers any month this year.

It's kinda hit or miss tbh, sometimes it's pretty balanced, other times not. Even though this month was a smaller group, the last few in my final their pace definitely wasn't representative of what they can do. Yeesh, that's pretty bad on their part. Not exactly a big group either, i sure hope those numbers go up a bit.

I'm thinking a combination of both. They're still struggling with karts keeping charge, but it definitely feels like everyone has stepped it up this year

I appreciate that bud! There were only like 14 people this month and 2 groups, so it was super tough to advance. I think my qualy time was a 19.2 something, but I started 4th, so a lot of 3s. Pole was a 19.1 something.

Yeahhh it's hit or miss if you get a good angle with those. As for being side by side and yielding to Cale, my kart was really quick, and I really thought I'd get him back quickly. That and I didn't want to end up with us both in the wall hahaha
