Pointless video! Don’t say anything about the causes or solutions

What was the issue?

I just bought a model y 4 months ago and this is my second time going for service first was the battery now I’m facing the same issue as you were smh. So my wife isn’t happy with it and now I have to hear her mouth saying you throw our money away buying that thing.

I’m experiencing the same thing here.

So it got fix? What was the problem? The video do not give any solutions.

I got that message too. But it went off after a while. I didn't call tesla. I'm driving now. Seems okay. But sure have concerns about it.

Hey man, I have the same thing happened to me. I am currently in Cambodia. My car was imported from Germany. We don’t even have a service centre here so now the car is just sitting in a garage and the mechanic couldn’t figure out. What is wrong with it. Can you share your experience how did Tesla fix your car? I could not seem to find your update video about this issue.

Same thing happened to me. My MYP was 10 minutes old. It just stopped during rush hour on a busy highway with angry drivers. I was so excited for it to be delivered then that turned into fear or trauma. The rear wheels just stopped turning and the car was dragging them.

Just happened to me. 2019 P100D Model S. Ran perfectly last night, this morning...nada. Thanks for posting the videos. At least I know what I'm in for. Luckily still under warranty and still in my garage.

Just happened to my 2023 model 3 performance i have roughly 4k miles baught it in march 9 2023 so roughly 5 months after i baught the car. Going to be taking it to the service center this monday I didnt lose power im still able to drive but it has that error of power limted -ok to drive . Ill be back with a update see what happens

Happened to me with a new Model 3 purchased last week, 8 minutes after leaving the dealership I got this error message and the car stopped working, was stuck on the side of the highway.

Happened to our one month old 2023 Model Y as well, a frustrating experience, got the car back after they replaced the whole rear drive unit. make sure to report your incident to NHTSA so that other customers can be saved from this bad experience.

Exactly same issue 10 days older Model Y, sitting in service yard.

Can we get an update? Has the car tan well after that service? I had the same identical issue 2 days after purchase, my Model Y is at the service center now

Sad to say this has happened to me also. The day after I picked up my 22 Model Y it happened while in a line of traffic at a medical center. Plenty of angry people but not dangerous. Had the car towed to Tesla and they replaced a VC controller. Picked the car up and the next day the same thing. This time in very heavy highway traffic with no shoulders. Plenty of angry people and this time it was dangerous. Towed to Tesla again. So far I've owned the car the two weeks. I have maybe 20 miles of driving in it. I am very nervous about what happens next. I know many thousands of people have no problems at all with their Teslas. I am not moving against the company because of this. But I am wondering about this car.

Same crap happened to me today. I just picked up My 2023 Model3 from the dealer and literally 25 miles later going 80mph on the freeway fast lane i got the same message my car went limp. I thought we would crash. My 12 y.o daughter was hysterical crying. Had to call Tesla to tow it. Thinking of suing them for endangering us-could have been killed or seriously injured us or other cars.

Just happened to me and our 2 month old '22 MYP. Apparently the rear drive unit inverter died. We have a free loaner M3 and Tesla Service center says it will take about 10 days to replace. All covered under warranty but we live 2.5 hrs away from the closest service center here in NY.

So what was the issue in the end?

read the little text at the top "BMS_a710" To put it simply there is a problem with your battery management system

Hi I’m sorry this happened to you. This happened to me last night Tesla model S. Will have to go to Tesla on Tuesday due to holiday weekend.

Same thing happened to me only a couple hours after delivery. MYP VIN 51XXXX.

Same thing happened to me today, as i unplugged it after charging it to 80% overnight,car depleted power from 80% to zero so fast all power went off had to open door latch and glass wont come down anymore so i cant close the door, tesla app roadside assistance could not send roadside request from the app, error code saying “request failed pls try again”,it took over 30 or more minutes waiting over the phone for anyone from roadside assistance to answer. I hope my experience serve as a caution , i love this car when it was working, my experience is not good with customer assistance. It would be hard for me now to trust this car after this.

I had the same issue. I was driving on the freeway and found that AC stopped working and alot of messages popped on the screen “Electrical system is unable to support all features” “Automatic emergency braking is disabled” “Car is shutting down” etc.. It happened after 6 days delivery. The car shut 4 doors, i were on the street by myself for 90 minutes while waiting for tow. So terrible and frustrated experience. Just want to go back to my Lexus car. Has your car ok after 18 days service? Any major similar issues happen after then? Still you keep the car?

The exact same thing happened to me. Same car, except mine was only literally 20 minutes old when it happened. On the way home from picking it up and in the middle of a busy bridge.

I am having the same alert with my long range dual motor 2020 model 3 …. It comes and goes. I locks the speed to 53 miles which sucks .. but still waiting for my appointment to get ir fixed :(

Same thing happened with me(low power, went through the same routine, no help from Tesla. Tesla just crawling(0.01 gear!). Home only 0.5 mile away. As soon as I turned into my drive way full pawer back and my Tesla model S flew like James Bond’s car tearing the garage door and concreat and brick wall of the house. No help from Tesla, not even recognition of the problem. Insurance totaled the auto with minimum compensation! I am grateful to Allmighty God no one was killed on road. Please if you get this no power or Low power, just leave the car wherever you are, it is a Time Bomb.

This happen to me today with 2021 Model Y, with 10,651 miles. Good thing I watched your video several months ago, helped me what to do.

As a Model Y owner myself your experience is great to watch. Telsa’s have circuit boards, AC motors, inverters, controllers, etc. that can fail. Typically with electronics they fail in the first 1 to 6 months of ownership. Glad your back on the road and thanks for sharing!

If this was a GM vehicle, the company would be dragged thru the mud. But, when the messiah of cars dies, it's ok. Shit happens.

Amazing how people are willing to look past this nonsense...just because it's a Tesla. Any other car, and they're setting up a lawsuit with an attorney YESTERDAY. Just another example of how this isn't a car or energy or tech company...it's a friggin' CULT.
