I have to agree that this band is very talented. I have to wonder why they never gained any major popularity back then.
DANGER, DANGER, DANGER 🗣🗣 HEART IN DANGER, DANGER, DANGER ❤🔥💀🤘
Subways of Your Mind went from being The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet to being The Most German Song on the Internet 😂😂
This will probably be the best year for the lost wave community, this year they have found several lost songs and the year is not over yet and they could find another song
We didn't just get the origin of the most mysterious song, we got a whole dang album. If we had all these songs it probably would have been a bit easier to find FEX. The Most Mysterious Album on the internet...
If FEX post the 6th song they reported in the interview, then I will release the 2nd part. (maybe)
If only Darius S. had not muted radio announcements, then perhaps this amazing band would not have been hidden from the world
If he'd done that, more likely the song wouldn't be a mystery and thus remained obscure in Darius' collection forever. None of us would know about it today.
@@andyw_uk74 No, actually the opposite--The world would know about FEX right then and there, rather than having to scour the depths of the internet and find them
@@Thunderlion-yd4nv No, because the whole reason this song is so popular today is because of the mystery surrounding it
@@Decopunk1927 I guess I concede--However, I *DO* feel that: A) If Darius S. had let the radio announce that this is FEX, the whole internet would not have to track them down for nearly decades B) Or, if FEX came forward and provided their tape and told Darius S. that this is their song, the case would be solved and they would have a cult-like following
@@Thunderlion-yd4nv Brother, your feelings are objectively wrong. I really don't mean to offend you, just stating a fact. The song and the band wouldn't have garnered such a cult following if people weren't vehemently searching for it for the best part of the last two decades. It is a great song, but let's be honest, FEX existed for two years in the 80s, played one festival, sold about 100 tapes and was played on the radio once. People forgot about them for a reason.
This need to be on stores !
When a song is found along with its authors and singers, it is no longer called 'lostwave'
Bruh
what about a legacy of having been lost?
@@henrykelso7349For example, I upload songs that are considered lostwave because They are incomplete and only exist on VHS or cassettes and are made unknown artists. (demos etc) in some cases all the information about the songs is known but the songs are incomplete or no longer exist
Okay pinkyfoundwave
Fex might be the most obscure band in the world
There are 5 songs in the video but in the interview one of the band members mentioned the existence of the sixth song, which name is unknown... looks like the show goes on!
@@deucedwayne Where can I find this interview?
@@christopheralthouse6378 Most likely, he is talking about interviews with journalists or on NBR radio. I just don't remember the interview anymore.
@@lostwaver unfortunately, youtube doesn't allow the link to be submitted, so I'll just say I found it on the Fex band wikipedia page, second absatz.
I’m hyping “Subways Of Your Mind” up at work because this song…heck, this ENTIRE ALBUM deserves to become 2024’s newest hit! 😍 Imagine a 40 year old band being able to gain an international audience in 2024…can we make this happen? 🥰
Very hard task. Even more when you know that finnaly, Subway's of your minds was their worst song ^^ Its disappointing and exciting at the same time.
@@monyclair5357 I don't agree with Subways of your minds being their worst song.
@@monyclair5357 me when i lie
OMG THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDING OF JENNY THAT’S ON RUclips!!!!
It isnt there are other recordings of Jenny
@@StanislawStanczyk-by4gg probably reuploads not from the original source
0:00 Subways of your mind 4:04 Jenny 7:31 Heart in Danger 12:12 Talking Hands 16:18 Subways of your mind (Live on NDR 2024)
Thanks ❤❤
This has to be either made into timestamps, or included in the description, or pinned
There's also the original demo of Subways of your Mind from the radio and the live version from 1985
Basically the _album._
Talking Hands wasn't on the album, the acoustic one was literally released about a week ago.
@@3GORYJenny wasn't on the EP, it was available through a collection of new hit bands back in the day. Talking Hands were released alongside Subways of Your Mind and Heart in Danger.
@@Kenubinin1And you found that collection!? You, my friend, are not the hero we asked for but definitely the hero we NEEDED…THX A MILLION FOR THIS because I’ve definitely become an FEX fan since these songs got recovered! 😍🥰❤️
Or whoever found this anyway 😅 literally every single other upload of “Subways Of Your Mind” omits “Jenny” since it wasn’t on the EP. Wikipedia still considers “Jenny” to be lost media, known of only due to FEX saying it’s out there somewhere…😅
@@christopheralthouse6378 I'm sorry if my comment made you think that l was the one that found the collection. It wasn't me, but some reddit fellow found it via Discogs and then bought it on an auction. The collection is called Zeus Top Hits released in 1985.
Very good material by Fex!!!!
