DODGE RAM 2500 2018: FELONY IS AN OPINION
I've owned my '24 Ioniq 5 Limited AWD for over a year now, and love it more than ever. I've driven EVs for over 14 years, and this one is the best by far, much better than my previous Model 3 that had deplorable "Tourette Syndrome."
14 years?! You were early to the party!😂 thanks for watching!
You are a good laugh and you should do more videos. Cheers!
Thanks for watching! Another video coming in a week so be sure to subscribe!
Bought 2 of them on the same day years ago. A black 04 RC and a silver 05 RC with twin turbos. Sadly, the black one was stolen, but I still have my TT 05 and I love it :)
Wow that’s epic! I replaced the black one in this video with a red 04 RC. Video of the red one will come soon. Thanks for watching!
Wife has a 2018 Platinum, we love it. Drove it 15 hours straight last summer on a road trip, extremely comfortable. As for the cvt I always heard don't drive it like a sports car and do the maintenance, all will be good.
Glad you had a good road trip and agree on the cvt!
Man let’s hope a cop don’t see how you ate the stop sign
Finally an honest review of this tin can.
i know right?! nobody acknowledges the subpar quality on this car
Great video love it. My 2013 rav4 has been the most reliable car I have owned 140k does not use oil. advice I would give 1: Brakes from autozone - Buy the best rotors and elite pads. great! 2: Believe it or not Michelin Defender LT truck tires Has a stiffer ride but 80k miles smooth but stiffer ride. 3rd Rear spring (PERFORMANCE SPRING KIT REAR- GEN 4 10%) Northwoods Performance. had mine 5 years. I should have done the springs first. 11 happy years driving mine it handles like a sports car.
How did the new springs affect the compliant ride? Thanks for commenting!
The new model (2024) has a rear window wiper in Germany, why is it missing on this vehicle? Or is it not yet the new model with facelift?
All 2025 models now have rear wipers. About time Hyundai smartened up.
And they have the black display. So it‘s just the facelift from 2023
I have a 2015 LE. No problems, just changed the tires and brakes once. I regret not having the AWD version.
how many miles on it? thanks for watching!
@ about 100K
Well les put it simply. Why maybe this current GEN Acura Integra is not selling very well. 1. You right it's too mechanical similar to the Civic Si. Acura should provide a higher HP over the SI. 2. The automatic option should not be a CVT. In my opinion, it should have been a CVT. 3. The manual should provided in lower trims. I don't know the comparison with the Hyundai Ironiq 5? Is the an Electric car? Also no bro, the pop lights is not coming back. Then we go back to the Knight Rider. Also Acuras strengths always being a near market alternate. Yes they should have a longer warranty than Honda and have a 24 complimentary maintenance. Appreciate, your review.
Great video and incredible collection. Can anyone visit the collection???
It’s not open to the public. I couldn’t visit it if I wanted to again.
This is the best tour of this collection I’ve seen. Thank you
Love the cars, but great taste in Art the man has. This has to be the best car collection I have seen.
It's crazy I know! Thanks for watching!
I have a 2015 RAV4 XLE with 95K miles. Bought it in 2017 when it had 30K and I plan to keep it forever. It's perfect.
yes they are perfect congrats! and thanks for watching!
Bruce Knows crap!
Ouch!!!! Thanks for watching though!
Try stopping at stop signs. Thumbs Down. Stay off the roads and my viewing.
I just bought a 2015 RAV4 Limited that is red. It is in perfect condition! It had 100,000 miles on it. I won't be putting a lot of miles on it because I have another car. I love it! The dealership put new tires on it, filled it with gas, new brakes, filters, oil change. I love it so far.
congrats!
👍Hyundai ionic 5 N
Ioniq. Not Ionic.
very good video !! all cars should have at least one of these videos, life would be so much easier hahah it's always good to know how owners feel after a couple of years with the vehicule
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video thanks for watching!!
Just watched…looking at a ‘22 I think is overpriced. Also you said lightweight…I do alot of open highway driving in the Midwest…it can get WINDY!!! Will it likely be all over the road??? 1:01
Thanks for watching! Directional stability is not good with the short wheelbase and tall stance. Light weight further affects it as you pointed out. This is not a good open highway car. Sorry to say...
I had a 2015 RAV4 XLE. I purchased it in 2018 and loved it!! It was great on gas and I had 0 mechanical issues. I did trade it in last year for a 2023 TRD Off Road 4Runner. I traded in at about 78k miles. I love my 4Runner but I do miss having a RAV4 at times and I wouldn't mind having one as a daily being that it was really good on fuel. The only real issue I had with the RAV4 was that it was a bit small for my height and for the family. The passenger side was a bit cramped with the way the dash comes out. Now my mother has a 2013 and she has an issue with her steering wheel clunking. Toyota told her that is was a common problem with the RAV4 and that it is more of a nuance than safety issue. She never got it fixed since it wasn't a safety concern, but like Toyota stated, the clunking is annoying when turning the wheel. On an another note, The Car care nut had a video on his channel where he was talking about how 2013-2018 RAV4 engine has issues with oil. It had something to do with the oil change intervals causing issues with the motor. I think he was saying that you need to change the oil more frequently than what Toyota states for this motor.
That's interesting its was cramped for you, since i'm 6'-3" and portly myself. And I fit not just well - amazingly comfortable. Thanks for watching!
Since I replaced both front door actuators to fix the power locks, now the rear door actuators are acting up *eyeroll*. And the 'charcoal canister' needs to be replaced. They're not trouble free but it's minor stuff.
It's a huge disappointment that a brand new vehicle doesn't have wireless carplay and Android auto
Not just that… what about the lack of USB-C?!
2025 has wireless and USB-C
It takes a special skill , to talk a bunch of nonsense , about something good and you actually like it? Maybe cut back on that “ greasy burger “ , and go get a Lexus ?
Nice stop.
As long as the undercarriage is reinforced, I will ditch my Y for either BMW IX50 or the less expensive Ioniq 5 2025
What do you mean 'reinforced'? Did your Tesla fail structurally that you're worried others will fail too? Thanks for watching!
@bruceknows check with Hyundai Ioniq battery replacement video by Motormouth of BC Canada
@@welbyroberto6581 WILL DO THANKS

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT REVIEW, INFORMATIVE AND QUITE ENTERTAINING
Thank you so much and thanks for watching!
My 2015 got torque converter chatter at 190k did 2 drain and flushes on the transmission and added a torque converter fix addative and that lasted another 50k just did another drain and fill at 240k everything working great.
I’m going to follow y’all’s advice and service the transmission just for piece of mind. TBH my trans hasn’t ever acted up but I do want this car to live a very long time
Good review thank you. You should check out “rock auto” they sell those lock actuators for around 20 dollars a piece. And you can find a quick video usually on how to pop your door panel off and swap it pretty quickly.
VV-I change both Timing chain tensioner. , pvc, valve I change them at 105,000 miles. It started the cold start rattle. Change motor oil every 5,000 miles. Oh, Get it Rust proved not undercoat. Rust prove it every year or every 2 years. Is cost $100 to $200 bucks. It will help stop the rust.
What do you recommend for rustproofing? And also what is this about a cold start rattle?
@ RUclips Toyota, colt star rattle, The cam phasers on the two top camshafts go bad overtime . They’ll need to be replaced and timing chain tensioner will also, these are 100,000 mile replacement. Rust proofing, they drill holes in your car and treated with an oil compound that stops the rust and moisture . If it’s it won’t rust from the salt. You can RUclips rustproofing to understand how it works , and I live in Michigan and yes, it works
Today is the first time I hear the rattle you are talking about. If it goes away after a couple of seconds then runs fine I don’t see a need to repair it. But, thanks for the heads up I’ll keep an eye on it. I’ll look into the rustproofing as well. I love this RAV4 and it’s paid off so it’s staying with me forever! Thanks for watching!
I own 2013 RAV4 Front-drive bought used in 2020. Now has 180,000km. Near perfect vehicle. Gets better mileage than our Matrix. Consumables only --no problems whatever. I do not rustproof because I watched a Toyota factory video saying they do not recommend additional rustproofing because they already have anti-corrosion measures at the factory. So I now have a 12 year old car in Nova Scotia Canada with ZERO rust. I should easily make it to 20 years. Also I hate the idea of Krown drilling holes and what about the plastic panels underneath? Do they remove them?
@ they plug them. Yes I agree about the holes. But to get the rust proof, chemical liquid spray inside the panel they have to have access to them. Myself I watch the holes and I check it rust is trying to start. If I see a problem I will used rust oleum metal paint with a brush. And coat it. And seal it. Myself, when I look at older vehicles where they rust at. Most rust from the inside out the bubbled rust that pushes out. it your vehicle is coated with protective chemicals it will help. Up to you. Good luck
I used pirelli tires
I recently got a Hyundai Ioniq 5 SE. I typically drive less than 100 miles per month and charge at level 1. The I5 is a great city car.
100 miles per month?! How often do you need to recharge? Only once a month? Thanks for watching!
😂😂😂why would you even own a car for an average of 3 miles a day? Before I go to work every day, I am running a 7 miles track... and for the few occasions you wanna escape rain, you can book a taxi.... strange world🙄😂🤷🏻♂️
@@fragu123 might be handicapped or bad knees or simply likes to have a personal space for peace and quiet! And boy is it quiet!
Hello Bruce. We are a family of four and we just bought a 2015 RAV5 limited as our first car with 97k miles on it for $10,500. Everything inside and outside is nice and the ride quality is excellent. Feels like a 3-year old car. We are glad we choosed a RAV4 just like you did.
wow congrats! the limited is the way to go for sure. i wish i had bought a limited but, i'm just happy i have what i have to be honest.
I have a 2015 with 240k miles. I recommend doing drain and fills on the transmission every 40 to 60k miles
@ seems excessive but I’m at 100k miles and definitely going to do this next oil change thanks
You got a good deal! I just bought one a month ago (2015 RAV4 Limited) and paid $16,250!
@@tcshy1903 congrats! Whats the mileage on yours?
TENGO UNA 2015 SL LLEVO 9 AÑOS CON ELLA Y NO ME ARREPIENTO DE AVERLA COMPRADO PESE A LOS COMENTARIOS DE LA CVT. TODABIA HOY 2024 PARECE ACABADA DE COMPRAR. EXCELENTE AUTO.
SI son excelentes carros. Y la nueva del 2025 esta apunto de salir con un diseño completamente nuevo y sin CVT. Espero que mantenga el V6. Gracias por ver mi video!
Just bought a 2021 Murano with 4,100 miles (not a typo, church lady leased it and now cannot drive). I love it. I had an '09 Altima that I loved and was totaled. The Murano is similar-it steers like its on rails, has plenty of pickup and go power, spacious interior, nice tech and features and I love the look and feel.
Woooow!! Congratulations!! Hope it holds uo for many years!
WOW you really lucked out! I miss mine it was so smooth and comfortable.
What kind of mileage you get on average ? And how do you drive, conservative vs zoomy?
I traded my 2014 Maxima in on a 2020 Murano Platinum AWD with 25,000 miles on it. I wasn't really looking for it, but it had some features that the Max didn't have (and I loved that car, same engine as the Murano but with 30 more hp, but whatta ya gonna do?) I wanted AWD, and wanted to sit a bit higher to see better. I have only had it for about 3 months, and have had it on a 1000 mi trip, and I love it. It feels like a lifted AWD Maxima.
Damn that’s awesome brother. How about those cooled seats? I traded my Murano (the one in this video) for a Nautilus (also on a different video). The nautilus has better cooled seats (it was the no1 feature that lifted it above others considered), but the Lincoln seats and legroom don’t hold a freaking candle to the Murano. Thanks for watching! I love hearing people’s stories about cars in my videos.
@@bruceknows I've only used them once, so far, kind of strange, kind of like you just got out of a pool. lol (I've never had them before) I'm sure I'll use them more though. I love the heated stuff when it's cold. The Murano's other assets are worth the 30 hp "pay cut"
Thank you for this. just got 2016 RAV4 and its nice to know what to expect :-)
Best car to buy used! Im finally having the power locks fixed right now lol thanks for watching!
"Looks like a Pikachu!" made me crack up.. And I agree!
5:28 Is he going 120 MPH?!
BOOM! Awesome
thanks! first comment!
awful review. you clearly didn't bother to learn anything about the car, so much info is wrong or missing.....
I’m not a fact-checker. Think of me more as an opinion -based reviewer, using my experience, knowledge of the industry, and background in industrial design to entertain you. Hopefully it wasn’t all bad but thanks for checking out the video. And doubly so for giving me your feedback.
It’s a shame that this care only comes with summer tires. Have to spend more money.
Thanks.
V10 Renault F1 won 12 constructor championship and 11 driver championship. Not good in technology ? They have airbus and Arianne rocket for space, nuclear reactors and nuclear bombs. And… the CERNS, where they create matter out of energy and search for new subatomic particles. But… you only know wine and cheese about the French.
its a joke. don't take it personally
It’s just so stale….grossly overdue for a complete redo. Here’s hoping the 2025 is a huge change but still stylish ahead of its time. If it ends up looking like an Ariya with an engine it will be a miss by Nissan. I own a 2023 Murano and I’m disappointed with the old school tech and the rubber band performance with the CVT. New Murano really needs a 9 speed automatic
Agree on all points. But, they are still selling well because they tick all the equipment boxes when you cross shop. I also think that they continue to be class leaders in ride, seat comfort, and quietness. Thanks for watching!
While the review feels a bit on the frantic side I think you touched on most of the important points. I think Bruce actually knows. This is coming from a 2007 WRX "sport wagon" owner who had his car for 12 years. It sounds like other than the old hatchback and weird EJ25 engine, the new WRX is pretty decent and true to its origins.
tHANKS FOR WATCHING!
OMG so funny!
Carnival definitely looks the best
i agree! thanks for watchcing!
