I tried out this recipy with my friends. I worked perfectly, even the rising of the dough (which is normally always a problem for me, when I try to bake). We actually had quite a blast trying out to bake something we would normally just buy in a store. 👍 We tried breadsticks with rosemary, sesamy, and some with cheese. Our favourite was the sesamy version.🤩👌 I think we kept the other ones in the oven for too long, so they got a bit too hard and crispy.😅

Leave it as it is. If you cover them, a layer of moisture will form on the surface of the pudding. Which may accelerate the shelf life.

I recommend to keep in the fridge max four days before it goes bad.

What brand of yeast do you use? Mine doesnt rise that well
I use SAF Instant Gold. But there are multiple reasons that why it doesn't rise well. The most common one is the yeast touched the salt, which will severely impact the yeast. Another factor is liquid is too hot or too cold, or just expired. If you have any questions feel free to ask more!
