The year is off to a good start🌞, in June 2021, unit 109 (Reiwa) was repainted in its original red and orange livery. Tobu Railway modified this 100 series "Spacia" in its first livery, which it presented to the press on Sunday, June 4, 2021, to mark the 30^th anniversary of the series' entry into service. Delayed by a terrorist attack, it was not introduced until 1991 by JR-East on the new Greater Tokyo line. The E253-0 series. Based on the E205 and E251 series, it is known as the Narita Airport Express. Each unit consisted of three cars. Its successor, the E259 N.EX series, arrived in 2009, following the same principle, but with reclining seats in the green car. Designed to overcome the problems of the E253 series, of which only two remain, it was already competing with Haneda airport in 1991. But it never made it, falling victim to the AE Skyliner series and operator Keisei's 3100 Keisei Ueno series in 2019. Congratulations, I wish you a happy New Year 🥂. Takadanobaba Station💕 (JY-15) The 15th and final train of the year on the Yamanote line, is a railway art cooked like a culinary art, following the example of the E235-0 series that arrived in 2016, whose driver's cab modules resemble a microwave oven thanks to their reinforced stainless steel structures, according to a patent from manufacturer J-TREC, a subsidiary of JR-East. 50 11-car electric multiple units are required to operate the circular line serving Tokyo's main stations. The Yamanote line - Tokyo's most popular means of transport - comprises 30 stations equipped with platform doors, numbered from Tokyo station JY-01 to yūrakuchō station JY-30. The Yamanote line operates from 4.30 a.m. to 1.20 a.m. At peak times, a train passes every 2.5 minutes on average. Off-peak, the frequency is up to 4 minutes. It takes one hour to cover the entire 34.5 km loop. A great New Year's Eve weekend
