@Rollsicle Also, the next AC game is Rogue and then Unity and then Syndicate. So you should not miss Rogue as its story is better than Unity and Syndicate in most of our opinions.

Yes are combos of cards that make clinquant playable, and if it survives it can become a massive threat. In the right deck with those combos I say play it! BUT remember that before you’ve drawn any it’s really easy to remove at a 1/1 and they will likely only spend 1-2 mana to do so whereas you spent 4 to cast him. It’s a risk I don’t like taking to often, but the upside is huge if it pays off. Thanks for the insightful comment!

@@Rollsicle My general experience is that large bodies, even if cost efficient dont do much. You need evasion and resilience to removal. With Netehrgoyaf and OG atrmogoyf a Jund dredge deck can routinely drop 8/9s for 1 by turn 4, potentially multiple a turn (unsuprisingly they banned luhrgoyf nest), and can still barely compete with scam or domain zoo. Granted, this is draft, fast mana isnt so prevalent as in eternal constructed, but you have a lot of efficient removal and chump blocker generation.

Definitely a difficult card to utilize. I was very confused in how to get more than one mana out of it but you are correct. Untap effects or proliferate effects would work!

Places you might see them around MSRP are big box stores such as Walmart, Target, or bookstores such as BAM or Barnes and Nobles. You may also find a bundle of them for a good price maybe 200 or less from Amazon or other online retailers.

The other two are really great as well. An all-around stellar set of decks!

Absolutely! If you can find them around 160 and can afford it I would highly recommend picking them up. Incredible price!

@Rollsicle squirrelled away is the one deck I wanted from this set. I'm working on an infamous Cruelclaw deck, but the first deck I ever made was a black/green deck, so nostalgia.

where u bushwacked the kinda useless archer w loot, id have definitely searched for a land to get the other 2 3drops on turn 4, but ur smashing quite well here. it gave me the idea, that cards like arabo are awesome in decks without synergies also, since they are scary so at least baiting removal

@@Rollsicle id definitely have picked vivien, its hard to come by a planeswalker, its also harder to remove it, if played while protected, can have long term value, one color, anyway. i watch bt Nummy and Paul Cheon to get inspired by professional drafters, also watched some from mtg filipa from the upcoming talents. it is interesting to see how some cards are valued differently on different levels of professionality, if it is possible to say it like this. like uncharted voyage is one card highly valued by pros, they use it a lot, but it is much more difficult to use it properly. i guesstimate. i also tried, and did not work out that well, as i remember. but i drafted a lot lately and didnt record any of it, so i ca just hope i learnt something :D

From everything I’ve seen, practice and time drafting is the best way to learn. I’m sure you learned plenty as you keep drafting!

Specifically Timey Wimey in the US is around 90~100 dollars at most stores. Its retail was around 40. You can find all the other doctor who decks here for around 40 dollars or less. Hello from America!

@ you just don’t wanna end up jamming Plains in your deck to splash Rebuke. First picking Archmage is fine but second pick you need to follow up with a solid no doubt about it card like one of the removals. Second picking Cuthtroat, you’re committed pretty early without a single instant in your hand and Cutthroat I mean… it’s good but not a bomb. It tables. Baked Into A Pie is a better card for whatever deck you end up, even Spells.

@Rollsicle i haven't got a chance to play it yet as i want to finish black flag before i start valhalla, but if you take a look at the trailer, it seems awesome. My favourite historical periods to study are the golden age of piracy and the viking invasion of England, so i might be a bit biased 😂
