Deepcool AK620 is NOT the Noctua D15 Killer!
Просмотров 5668 месяцев назад
This is a video I made back in 2022 but never got around to posting it. I saw a lot of "reputable" RUclips channel claiming the Deepcool AK620 was the Noctua D15 Killer and so I decided to give it a try. My results were not in line with their claims.
Bought the Nomad iPhone 15Pro Moden Case from Verizon for $25
Просмотров 6428 месяцев назад
Apple's accessories are not of the same quality as before and I experienced it again with the silicone Slate case that I bought direct from Apple. Discoloration, defects showing up... So, when I saw Verizon had it on sale for $25 I grabbed one. It's a pretty good case, mostly made of leather and TPU bumpers for the sale price. I probably would not buy it at it's list price.
Bought a couple of 10TB HGST He10 Drives for $70 each

Bought a couple of 10TB refurbished HGST He10 drives from goHardDrive through eBay. One of the drives showes some errors and after contacting the seller, they promptly sent me a prepaid return label. First impressions are pretty good. They offer 5 year warranty on these drives which should be more than enough for my use case which is putting them in a Synology DS 224 NAS for some testing purposes.
Intel Core i7-13700K w/Jonsbo D30 + Noctua D15 vs Jonsbo D41 + Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Просмотров 1,2 тыс.8 месяцев назад
I moved from a Jonsbo D30 to a Jonsbo D41. Even with a discrete GPU and a smaller CPU Cooler, the machine in the D41 remains cooler. Law of Physics, I suppose. The D41 just has enough volume to allow airflow, even though it is not much bigger than the D30. The mesh front panel is another critical factor, adding to the airflow advantage as I mounted a 140mm intake fan.

    Hello, Did you ever use that 4 pin procool connector in the top left? I can barely find any info on it online other than it isn't necessary. In your experience did you ever use that connector? I ask because my Corsair RM1000e didn't even come with a 4-pin connector and I'm trying out a mini itx build and don't want to use more cables than I need to already.

    • @PointlessVideos45
      @PointlessVideos45 7 месяцев назад

      I did use both 8-pin and 4-pin power connectors. However, in most cases, you should be able to get away with using just the 8-pin alone. If your system does not boot or you notice unstable behavior, you can consider the extra cable or a PSU upgrade at that point.

    One bid lie about clones of AMK is that it’s usable, convenient and cheap. Of corse, these keyboards have more low price. But u can’t use it without compromise - u need to charge it, turn it on and on when it turns off while u thinking about things to type, it has bad lighting, bad quality of keys and case and more and more compromises… u can buy amazing mechanical keyboard for price of these clones. I’ve used P11 for a year and now bought original MK. It doesn't compare. MK so convinient - just stand your ipad and start. No trackpad freezes (didn’t take to this much attantion until now), no key’s freaking sound, no semi-yellow case after year of use. I repeat my own mistake in a second time - primarily i’ve bought replica of pencil and it broke in a week
