In one sentence I love to create...
I'm originally from Iran and now I live in Toronto, Canada. I work here as a computer engineer but any kind of engineering fascinates me. Because of my passion for bikes I customize them and make them even lovelier. I do not have any experience in mechanics and most of the things that I do I learn them along the way. So come join me in this journey I hope you enjoy and get motivated to do anything you want to do. If I, without any experience, can do that, you can also do it.

Painting Motorcycle Rims with Cerakote - BMW AIRHEAD MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM BUILD - Episode 12
In the last episode the sandblasting of the rims were done. Now it's the time to do the rest of the preparations and paint the rims using Cerakote. I use C-series which is a air cured ceramic coating so you do not need an oven to finish the paint process. Let me know what you think about the color.

Sandblasting Motorcycle Rims - BMW AIRHEAD MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM BUILD - Episode 11

First time using my new sandblaster on the rims. To be honest I was in love with the result. Also, I will mention some points about the sandblaster and the compressor which runs it. Let me know if you have any suggestion about how I can run the sandblaster in a better way.

I could not gave up on sandblasting! The last time that I've tried, it was pretty fast and satisfying, however, using a cheap amazon sandblasting gun was not practical. So I decided to give sandblasting another chance by buying the King Canada sandblasting machine. In this video I'll assemble it, and you'll see all the details that you need to get this machine to work. Wait until you see I'm us...

I've tried to work with cerakote in the last episodes. In this episode, I'm going to prepare the frame in order to apply the ceramic coating (Cerakote). You will see that sand blasting with the cheap amazon gun was sort of the failure. Let me know in the comments if I did something wrong!

I'm trying to do Cerakoting at home. In the last video I sandblasted a rusty piece of metal, and in this video I'm painting that using cerakote and a Amazon cheap HPLV gun. Let me know if you have any advice or questions. The frame modification is done. Before I start cerakoting the frame, I wanted to test the process including sandblasting and painting on a rusty piece of metal. In this episode you'll see the result of using a cheap amazon sandblasting gun. The frame modification gets done by the end of this videos. If you can recommend any tool that makes my life easier for these kind of jobs, please do, I really appreciate it.
Frame Modification Part 1 - BMW AIRHEAD MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM BUILD - Episode 4

If you followed the series you would know that we're mounting a R100 tank on a R65 frame, so the frame should be modified. In this episode I start modifying the frame by using very limited tools. An amazon cheap welding machine and an angel grinder are all I have. Do you think if I need more tools? Let me know in the comment what tool should I get to make my life easier?
Stripping Completed! - BMW AIRHEAD MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM BUILD - Episode 3

With the help of my friend, stripping the bike gets completed in this episode. You will see my face when the engine is out of the frame! I cannot describe the feeling in words :D Write it in the comment section if you've ever experienced a feeling like that.
How would R100 tank fit R65 frame? - BMW AIRHEAD MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM BUILD - Episode 2
Просмотров 1,8 тыс.2 года назад
I love the style of R100 tank much more than r65, however, they are quite different. In this episode you see if the tank fits and how much modification is required! Also I'll be removing more parts from the bike. I know you guys love those time laps. Let me know in the comment which style of BMW thank you would prefer. And also let me know if you think it worth it to go through all the troubles...

I'm SUPER EXCITED. I've finally started to build my dream bike. In this episode we'll see what bike I got my hands on, and what is the plan. Please leave a comment to let me know what do you think of these bikes?
Did you sand blast at all to key the surface ?
amazing
One question, a 70s fuel tank fits on a 80s model to be more specific fits on a 83 model?
you don't have to cut all the mounting on the frame ..on my r100rt it have all those mounting
Great content!!!👌🏻👏🏻
Awesome!!!
Just amazing how you are learning as you go along. I have a BMW rolling chassis that I might use for a build, watching your video with great interest.
Another cool video. I worked with friends on a R100RS resurrection, so I can appreciate what you are doing. I'm not a huge fan of grinding items off of a bike, but it's your build and you are the one to make these decisions. Fun to watch!
I love how you just jumped right into this project! Can't wait to see the next episode. I like your use of time-lapse, I need to think about incorporating that into some of my videos. Good job, excited to see what you will build!
When is the next video coming out?
Thank you for following the Channel unfortunately I have to move out from my house. So, I have no idea when I can setup my workshop and get back to it. Sorry about that
@@narimansgarage Sorry to hear that. good luck!! I hope you can set it up quick. cheers. I'm working on an 82 R65 scrambler.
Keep these coming please Nariman🙏🏻
Will do 🤘🏻
Look at you, best youtube video available🎉
Hahaha thank youu Aryan 🤘🏻
Looks good! What color is that? I'm guessing you'll be using new bearings?
The color is called Burnt Bronze. It's a C-series (air cured) ceramic coating from Cerakote
You are the coolest dude ever
Thanks dude 🥰
Amazing! Can’t wait to see the rims on the wheels and on the bike!
I think that will happen next summer. I'm trying to figure out a way to work in the winter too, but it would be hard
🤯
🤗
Wow this is awesome
Thank youu 🤩
Can't wait to see them painted!
I'm gonna post the video of painting in two weeks 🤩
My neighbour says that you need to tidy up your workshop. Get some more shelves. Stop leaving things on the floor. Get a broom and use it. Stop pissing against the wall or using nails that are full of oil and the Grafitti is un-civilised. But he is an arshole and your English is very good for someone who spoke Urdu as a child.
You neighbour is right. This workshop is almost 100 years old, so in the near future it's gonna be rebuild. I don't want to spend a penny of making it look nice. It's not a beauty salon, I'm building motorcycles here, so sorry for the mess.
@@narimansgarage How much does a petrol tank for a BMW R60/5 cost where you live? I need one.
@@bertoldriesenteil1430 I live in Toronto, and I have one that I don’t need. Maybe I can sell it to you. Where do you live?
@@narimansgarage Germany. How much do you want for it?
@@bertoldriesenteil1430 I have no idea how much the shipping would be. I paid 200$ CAD for the R100 tank that I got. So I would sell it for 200$ CAD + shipping
Oh my god RUclips hasn't been notifying me of your videos! I just finished catching up on the ones I had missed and the project is coming along nicely! It sucks that you weren't able to sandblast the entire frame like you had wanted, but hopefully this new sandblaster is going to work a lot better than your old one! Excited to see this as it progresses more!
Thank you very much man! I’m glad you like and keep watching the videos. I’ve been filming and soon I’ll post the result of sandblasting and painting the rims and engine 🤘🏻
@@narimansgarage Awesome! I'm excited to see how they turned out!
nice job!👌🏻🤩
😍🤘🏻
That last scene 🤣
hahaha 😁
Nice!
😍🤘🏻
Sick video!
Thank you 🤘🏻
Awesome progress! How long does it take for the paint to fully dry?
Thank you 😍 it takes 4 hours to get dry to touch, and 7 days to fully cured
Cool😙😙
🤘🏻😍
Great video! can't wait for the rest
Looking good. How much paint did it take for the frame? Fun to watch the progress!
Thank you Michael 😍 Yes I really love the result, and l’m glad you liked it too. To be honest I have not measured the amount of paint I used but it was almost two touch up gun paint cup. I really appreciate it if you like and share the video, it helps me more than you think
Amazingg❤❤
Thank youu for your feedbacks 😍
Perfect 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Thank youu 😍🤗
You are amazing❤❤❤
Thank you 🤗❤️
Very cool Nariman, add a quick summery and highlights in the beginning of the video to hook people ;)
That’s a great idea. I’ll try to do that for the next one 🤘🏻
Very cool to see the transformation!
The frame will look brand new when I apply the cerakote in the next episode 😍🤘🏻
The sandblasting part looked awesome 👏
Wait to see the paint result in the next episode 😍
Amazing ☺️ thanks for sharing these Nariman
Thanks for the support 🤘🏻😍
First time seeing sandblasting in action!! 😅 Great review!
Thank you so much 🤗 Let me know if you want to see it in person 😅
That sand blasted part of the metal looked really good! I think the idea with making some kind of box would be a good idea, I've head people very often reuse the sand they use for blasting, maybe you could use some kind of tarp or something to make it easier to collect it all? Not sure how well it would work, but just how I thought you could do it :D
Yeah the result was really satisfying 😁 Yes I think tarp would be a great idea. I’ve found out there is a company here in toronto that makes crushed glass using recycled bottles! And it pretty cheap, like 15$ for 50lbs, but they say you cannot reuse the sand! I’ll might give it a try and share the result later.
@@narimansgarage I've heard that using a giant cheap plastic storage bin container works well too.
@@michaelhunley354 yes I think that works the best for small pieces. I’m planning to sand blast the whole frame. It would be hard to fit it inside a bin!
Go on 🤘🤘👍
🤘🏻😎
Great timing on the upload lol! I was actually just sitting here wondering when the next video was going to be when I got the notification haha Excited to see what the frame ends up looking like 😉
Haha yes I’m uploading every other week on 9pm Monday ☺️ thank you for your support 🤘🏻

It was great 😁🔧🔧⚙⚙⚙
Thank youu 😍🤗

keep it up bro 🎤🎤🎤🎤🔧🔧🔧🔧⚙⚙🔩⚙

You seem so natural in front of the camera man! You wouldn't think you had less than AT MINIMUM 5k subs! Awesome video man! I've seen a few people install the m-unit, but I am actually not quite sure what it does :o Is it an upgrade to the electrical system?
Thanks man! I appreciate it. I’m glad you like the videos. Please consider like and share the channel with your friends who like bikes. M-unit is a digital main controller that has cool features. I’m installing that for couple of reasons: 1. There is key-less entry feature via the Bluetooth connection to your phone that I really like. 2. I’m gonna install digital speedometer and tachometer which is from the same company, so it’s gonna be easy. 3. All the led lights and switches are gonna be from motogadget (same company) so connections are gonna be easier 4. There is no need for a fuse box
@@narimansgarage For sure man! I'll share your video, I like all the videos ;) Ohhh!! I see now :D I might have to invest in one for when I hopefully get one 😂 A lot of that is stuff I would do as well (digital speedo/tach and led lights) Thanks for telling me :D Edit: If you have any social media for this channel then you could also put that in the description for your videos and on the about you for the channel :D Could help spread the word of the channel a little more for sure!
Can’t wait to see the finished project
😍🤘🏻
Just finished watching the videos for the bike so far and I am loving them! I am excited to see what you're going to do with this bike! I've been looking at hopefully getting one myself next year! You 100% earned a new subscriber!
Thank you very much for this lovely comment. You made my day! 😍 These bikes are legends, I really hope you get one soon, and you’ll see how beautifully they ride and how easy it is to maintain them. If you want to build one you can count on my help 🤘🏻
@@narimansgarage I hope so too! I've heard so much good stuff about them, and I've also just completely fallen head over heal for the looks and the amount of possibilities it has. I am hoping to do a semi stock, semi scrambler look when I hopefully get a hold of one 😄
Sounds amazing. I think the scrambler look really suits these bikes. I’m planning to build a semi scrambler semi cafe racer. I like the handlebar style of cafe racers. I hope it ends up nice 😁
@@narimansgarage That sounds like a really cool idea! I am excited to see how it turns out!
🔥🔥🔥
🤘🏻🤗
This is awesome man! Can’t believe it’s stripped down to pieces now. Can’t wait to see how it turns out in the next videos!
Just wait for all of the frame modifications in the next video I’m completely changing the look of the bike 🤘🏻
Thanks for sharing and putting so much effort into this <3
glad you like it
This is so good.
hahaha. Thanks for you comment ❤
