    Depending on your age, spotting could also mean you are close to Menopause. A cycle longer than 36 days, if you just got your first period is very common. While some people start having regular periods immediately, most have their first, and then don't have another one for a long time. These symptoms don't always necessarily mean you have problems, though they can, it's best not to worry *to* much if you have one of these symptoms-- but still be wary. Hope this helps! 💕

However, there are just some areas where we can’t slow down and that can really be tough during those phases 💛 Ultimately, doing your best to work with your cycle and plan rest and productivity around it can be helpful and doesn’t necessarily mean stopping everything for 2 weeks out of every month. It may just mean sleeping 20 minutes later, not going on a run, etc.

      @Knowyourcyclenow Месяц назад

      Exactly what these 2 said! There are, of course, plenty of things we have to do every day. Be aware of your cycle, give yourself grace, and plan things accordingly. If you know you are super productive around ovulation- schedule your deep-cleaning day, more high-intensity exercise, etc. On your period/week before your period, take things slower. Prioritize getting a bit more sleep, focus on tasks like planning, scheduling, etc and just prioritize tasks that are necessary 💛

      @@Knowyourcyclenow I think I’m opposite like the other commenter - I’m most productive the week leading up to my period & the week of, then after, I’m tired & unfocused. It’s almost like the hormone spike, whatever it is, leading up to my period, is a remedy for my ADHD, or ADHD-like behavior, at least.
