If you've looked into these machines you should know all the flaws. The biggest is the heat issue. In this video I'll add the following to my knew unit:
1) hydraulic oil cooler
2) hydraulic filter
3) hydraulic oil temp guage
4) negative bus bar
5) positive bus bar
6) switches for fans
7) 12" fan
8) new zerks
9) battery charger leads

In this video we'll open a TirePatrol pressure sensor and see what is inside. When the battery goes dead, you are supposed to send them in for replacement for $16 each (6 for the RV and 4 for the towed vehicle). Mine worked for 1 year and 1/2 are not working. Troubleshooting and attempting first repair of the front axle leaking gear fluid. We'll see how this holds up. It could be a seal within the front shaft I'm putting back on.

Installation of Qwork wireless hub for winch control. The Rmax doesn't come with a remote for the winch and pulling it back in can be a pain since you can't see how far you have to go. Usually you need to hold the brake pedal to pull something or yourself, but it is helpful to have a remote. The Qwork was rated ok and $16. Can't really beat that. I would never install the Warn remote for $70 .....

Finally have the engine and transmission in. I broke the CV on driver rear rolling the SxS around without the rear dif screwed down.. extra $200 there to replace. So does it start, does it need more fixin? What happens when the key is turned.. Final part will go through what I believe were the hardest parts, mistakes I made and what I think of it so far.

The tensioner in my 2023 is different from all the other Yamaha tensioner videos I found online. It was also a pain to figure out from the service manual how to actually get it reset so the piston was fully in the chamber. This video shows you through how I was able to get it done.

Ok, we are rebuilding this bad guy... almost all new parts; pistons, rings, connecting rods, crankshaft, bearings all around the crank, gaskets, o-rings, etc. In this video we are calculating the bearing sizes we need for the new crank and the old balancer which had bearings going on it. This is how you figure it out..
