Stopped watching because of the too loud, too gay music. Why didn't you loctite the bearing since you already know it will be loose? Bearings are precision ground to close tolerances, Harley machining not so much so the new bearing will slide out, too.

I had same S&S cams, plate and oil pump done to my 2010 RG 96” TC, except went with gear drive.

It is so cool you have all this equipment in a trailer to work on these bikes.

I had a 2021 Donna. Super glide. Never had any issues with mine, I changed the oil every year. Kept it clean top a whole lot. I always changed oil primary transmission oil every year.

Great content... I liked the music too. I used to have a shop, and the one thing I could always count on was big mouth Harley know-it-alls. Don't let them get you down man. Is that a trailer you're working in? I thought about doing that when I first started so I wouldn't have shop rent for overhead. Looking forward to the build!

Harley has been using using the same large CID basic engine design since 1985. In 2021 they produced Revolution 500cc to 1250cc. high performance engine topping at 150 hp they put in an adventure bike. Their traditional 135 cid, or 2,210 cc engine only produces 130 hp. The new engines were not accepted by their customer base with an average age of 65, [a customer base that's dying off] because it didn't sound like a Harley. Harley's is still producing very expensive large bore, long stroke, all torque engines in heavy low performance bikes that young riders cannot afford, or have no interest in. In 2023 Harley only sold 98,468 bikes in the USA and 64,332 in foreign countries. Harley's market share will continue to decline because new buyers are not attracted to their bikes, and their customer base has flooded the used bike market with low milage bikes.
