This was so beautiful to watch. You look exactly like your birth mom. U didn’t even need a DNA test to see that! the resemblance is incredible. Your story really hit home for me. My mom was adopted in 1954. she was able to reconnect with her birth family after 60 years except Her story didn’t go as planned and wasn’t a happy ending. Both of her birth parents had passed by the time she found her family, but she had 3 siblings still alive. 1 older sister and 2 older brothers, as my mom was her birth mothers last child. She had an affair with a neighbor which resulted in a pregnancy to which she had no choice but to hand her over to an orphanage and had her on an adoption hold in the hope to one day run off with the neighbor and take her back. After 5 years the nuns at the orphanage urged her to make a decision and ether take her back right there and then or sign over her rights so that my mom could finally get adopted. Obviously she chose giving up her rights and making my mom a distant memory never to be talked about or discovered, for the rest of her birth moms life. She wanted this secret to go to the grave with her. After my mom found her siblings, It shortly came out that her half sister knew of my mom and kept this huge family secret from her other 2 siblings for 6 decades. When my mom found them, her sister got a lot of backlash from that side of the family. And after they all met, and fell in love with their baby sister after 60 years, her sister became extremely jealous and plotted against my mom to get rid of her so that their family could go back to normal. And it worked. They all immediately abandoned her once again for the 2nd time in her life. It was so devastating for my mom and it took her a long time to heal but she’s doing much better now. I’m so glad u were able to find ur birth family and create a relationship with all of them. Bc sometimes adoptees aren’t so lucky. Thank u so much for sharing ur journey with the world ❤️

Aww, the little sister was adorable! I just found out at 57 that I have a big sister, too! She was not adopted. We have different mother's, same father. She is 2 years older, and lives in a different province now, but I hope to meet her in person one day soon. Side note... My sister's grandparents lived NEXT DOOR to my adoptive parents and me when I was little. She said she has a vague memory of playing with a little girl when she visited her grandparents. Maybe it was me!!!

This amazing! Understatement?? Just heart wrenching ❤❤ the way she connected with her little brother and sister ! Who both were so emotional and excited to meet her ! And her little sister?? Wow ! She was so excited to have a big sister!! She clung to her!!! And big sister held little brother alot .she was making up for lost time. Very emotional!!

Just like the original video, the little sister really touches my heart. Such a sweet girl and you can tell she really loves her big sister.

I watch a lot of RUclips videos, about many different things, but this is one of the best. In the parts from Tosha getting the results, Tosha on the plane, to leaving from the airport to fly back home, I could feel all the emotions, from everyone. And her bio-mom truly loved her, from the beginning. Whatever reason she put Tosha up for adoption, it did not make her forget her. It helped turn her in to the mom she is. How she told the story on the bed shows what a good mom she is. The little sister having “a special little girl” in her locket, carrying it around with her, and not knowing who she was, shows how important Tosha was, and is, to her bio-mom. How sweetly she told the kids the story, it was so touching. From that story, to the notes throughout the house, to the faces through the glass at the airport as Tosha left, to the questions and answers at the end, you can truly see Tosha was loved, even before Tosha was aware of this other part of her. Great story. Great family.

I'm not adopted but it involves finding a long lost relative on my fathers side. I recently discovered on ancestry dna I had a match with a cousin of unknown origin. My friend who got me the kit helped me discover she was my half 1st cousin and then told me she has siblings. So now I have four new family members I never knew existed out of a family line I thought died out years ago. I love em all even though i have never known them they are from my deceased fathers line. I will be glad to take our 6% or 4% dna plus she has my hi forehead LIKE ME!!! Thanks for sharing. This is beautiful
