Great info. So if you have bongo and Spotnose in the same animal (allelic combo) the parent could only pass on either Spotnose or bongo but not both. Is that correct?

Do you have more information you can share on this? This is only a partial analysis so far. There are genes which are part of the same complex, e.g. enchi, cinnamon or yellowbelly, gravel. However, these genes are not the same. For proof we need either a homozygous Trick matching a homozygous Hurricane, or, if homozygous tricks are not available, then a more complete genetic analysis of the sheds that you do have is needed.

I wanted a BEL but I heard that they grow into a slight yellowish color with aging. So I got my cinnamon pastel boy instead, I love him and his color resembles my fav candy Chupa Chups so I named him chup chup.

Those are lovely, they almost look like the superstripe clown.

I never Heard Of cypress being allelic with Bongo, that would mean Cypress cinnamons, Cypress black pastels, , Cypress HRA's , would all be allelic combos as well. Really interested in finding out more info on that.
