Ganache Pumpkin Cake with Wafer Paper Leaves
Hi! I'll be teaching in person class for this no fondant pumpkin cake and this is me making the one for advertisement. Since no one is going to eat it and it will be on display for weeks I've used expired cake mix and old buttercream/ganache from my freezer (that's why the color is odd brownish gray) 😝😝😝

Здравствуйте! Спасибо большое 😊 я леплю из итальянской мастики Saracino pasta model. У нее в составе есть какао масло и это помогает мне получать более аккуратный результат. То есть я вырезала лепестки, они минутку пока лежали на столе остыли, масло затвердело и когда я переношу на шар то они не деформируются, а потом от тепла рук они легко принимают форму шара. Надеюсь понятно объясняю 😅 Креплю на воду просто!

I’m making over 500 cookies for Halloween and I’m not even a cookie person - I don’t own a SCRIBE tool 😅😅😅 hence the pin. Anyway because of this large amount I’m choosing simple and effective designs!! 🕸️

Thank you! What do you mean by the exact measurements? I baked two 8” three layer cakes and the rest is shown in the video. I’ve used candy melts for this pinjata and you can see it was quite hard to break later and it obviously didn’t SNAP, more like squish… This cake is from 2022 and since then I’m only using tempered couverture chocolate for my bomb 💣 cakes and my older kid is obsessed with cracking them - this year he had three two for his birthday parties 😂 check the video on my channel!

can i make the hot air balloon without the polystyrene ball
Of course! You’ll need to make Rice Krispie treats ball first, then cover it with white white fondant, let it dry and then proceed as in the video. Another option you can use is just foil, but roll it tight! Anyway you need something because the balloon will be very have if made just from fondant and will sink into the skewers
