I know this is an old video, but I had to comment in response to all the negative viewers. Of course it's not an IDEAL french twist, but come on it's a very good replica for hair that long. All you really do for a french twist is twist your hair onto itself and that's pretty much what she was doing... I think there were a lot of jealous viewers!

I love your hair. It's gorgeous, and inspiring. I have a question- maybe it a silly one, but I concern about this issue for a long time- I afraid that the weight of a long hair can cause stress on the roots, and cause a hair thinning, especially is you go with updoes all the time. I have a long hair too, like an inch before classic length, and I can't go with buns at all because the heaviness of the updo.... and I never do a tight ones (maybe it just my scalp really sensitive...)
